The price of real estate in Zimbabwe is more expensive than anywhere else I have ever been . Even here in the USA houses are very much cheaper than back home, everything thing in that country is triple priced .

I admit real estate in Zimbabwe is very expensive but this comparison is built on a lack of understanding. The right frame looks like a Borrowdale Brooke sun river manor prop while the left is in Ngong, a town 37 km out of Nairobi. Those 2 should not be compared, at all.

What are the land size areas of both and amenities surrounding the area therefore giving the place a better appraisal value? The Kenyan one looks bland to me, an overkill of sorts which didn’t quite do it and the space is not that much. The Zim one would need to see more before we can conclude which is worth its price.
