I don’t know who this fellow is but I hope this scene works out: Kenya gets free energy, the raw meat eaters get access to fish and maybe become sushi eaters. But unfortunately, Ethiopia doesn’t want a port. They want SEA ACCESS which no country can give them. They were always landlocked and will always be landlocked. Accept it

Can’t even hide that he’s been bribed. Why is a Kenyan legislator pushing a foreign agenda?

LAPSET corridor targeting use by North Kenya countries is in Vision 2030 Ethiopia is a beneficiary of that program and will import through Kenya. Junet is right today.

If we want electricity, we can generate wind and solar electricity from northern Kenya but greed and lack of vision won’t allow fools. They just love begging, borrowing and stuck into old ways of barter trade nonsense.

What a puppet… he saw the glitter of Addis Abeba and he thinks Ethiopia is a made country… This why Africa will fail because ppl like him are making legislation…. Ethiopia is failed country with the government only controlling 30% of the country Civil war is rampant and hunger is everywhere… yet visiting one glittery city is enough to make up for the rest of the county being destroyed by the moronic PP Party in government

#Kenya Please give them part of your Safari as well. That hopefully might cure the hysteria & obsession of the insane anti-#Eritrea Shitopees who constantly talk about invading sovereign Eritrea. #Ethiopia

We have idiots in power. Instead of making sure they finish the lapset project to tap into that economy and South Sudan they are here dishing out for free. That corridor can give us money equivalent or more more than what Uganda and Rwanda gives.

It’s not about a port; it’s about establishing a presence in the Red Sea; about controlling one of the world’s most important transit routes. Those so-called ‘maritime ports’ are not their real agenda. Even if Kenya offered a port for free and built a railway to Addis Ababa at no cost, they still wouldn’t accept it. This man doesn’t understand these expansionist ambitions.

Whoever is sending this imbecile to speak in parliament is as much a big of a fool as he is. The nonsense that spews from his mouth is coming at an alarming rate

Ethiopia a landlocked nation, requires reliable port access, Kenya benefit from affordable electricity and increased transit revenue, strengthen regional trade, lower energy costs, create a mutual beneficial partnership grounded in long-term economic gain rather than concession.

Politics aside, economically this make sence .. Open the northern corridor,,borrow money and build a railway line to Moyale from Lamu via Isiolo. Roads are good but it takes a lot of time. and to Lokichar. Then Western Ethiopia. Build industrial parks in Moyale and an airport. Then Ethiopia can do the same from Moyale to Addis.. We have a way better relations with Ethiopia than TZ and Ugandan. We don’t compete we complement..They are 130million that’s also tourism and trade. Then you will have started our economic revolution.

He is a sleeper cell agent that works for the failed state of Somalia. He is only saying this because Ethiopia wants a port in somaliland which his masters in Somalia told him to go tell the Kenyans to give it to them instead before it all comes crashing down on us.

As an Ethiopian, we are proud and thankful for the thoughts of our Kenyan brothers. But, our port is Assab port which is currently taken by Eritrean dictator with Egypt sabotage. We are taking that port by hook or crook. It’s a matter of days or weeks!

Finally, the so-called "beshasha hungry of sea access" has received a port offer from a Kenyan MP. But what do the people of Kenya think about this proposal? 🤔

It's beneficial for Kenya and Ethiopia to work together, but this is just temporary as Ethiopia will still go to war with Eritrea because of the port. But anyway what Ethiopia want is access to the Sea and not the port.

@syedsohaibtahir This man is smart you should give your Ethiopian brothers a sea access & permanent sovereign port . This is about African unity 🤣 . But Somalia, Eritrea , Djibouti no 🤣
