I was actually thinking about this yesterday, I think at this day and age the county government should enact a law that requires any developer to meet certain minimum specifications on staircases and balcony sizes to reduce hard time whenever people are moving to these apartments

You don't have to purchase huge unnecessary furniture that is a headache with extra costs in rentals , rentals ain't your permanent home

That is why we need @IKEA in Kenya, just buy pieces and assemble at home.
