jihoon said it was since mmm dance break that he hurt his back :( 🐶 i was honestly really flustered on stage. you know how there’s a level of pain you can push through and a level you just can’t.. 🐶 after the dance break we still had king kong and other stages, so i tried to do as much as i could. whenever i briefly moved to the side in between, i told the managers that something felt strange with my back and asked them to have the physical therapist and massage therapist wait below the stage and to bring pain relief patches 🐶 before boy, when we briefly step off, and after bona bona, i quickly put a patch on my back. but because of the sweat, it kept sliding down, and it just wasn’t working. during the introductions, i was breaking out in cold sweats because it hurt so much. i honestly don’t even remember exactly how i got through it 🐶 after finishing that part, i had to go back up for move. because i came down to check on my condition, the members’ first ment ended up getting longer, and i felt really anxious. i said i would go up for move and at least try it 🐶 so i went up to perform but it wasn’t working. while doing move, i started feeling like i might end up causing trouble instead. you know that feeling like you don’t want to show you’re being treated.. how could i show a bad side of myself to our fans? 🐶 so after finishing move, i thought that if i pushed myself any more, it might affect our upcoming asia tour, our comeback schedule, and everything else. so i said i should go backstage for a bit. back there, i received treatment really intensely and did what i could

jihoon revealed he also got casted by jyp! 🐶 i actually failed the yg public audition.. 🐶 i auditioned and didn’t make it 🐶 i remember thinking, “ah, maybe it’s not my time yet.” 🐶 when i was in that mindset, thinking, “yeah, i guess i’m not ready yet,” there was some kind of dance competition or maybe just a dance event.. 🐶 i went there to dance, it was in busan, and that’s where i got casted by jyp 🐶 so i got a jyp casting offer, which was such an amazing thankful thing 🐶 i got the business card, went home, told my parents about it 🐶 but the thing is, i really really wanted to go to yg 🐶 i wanted to join yg so badly, so i didn’t go to the jyp audition 🐶 and then later, yg reached out to me again, i auditioned again, worked hard, and this time, i passed 🐶 i never joined, i didn’t even go to the audition (jyp) 🐶 because for me, it was always yg 🐶 i kept thinking, “i have to go to yg. i’m definitely going to yg. i need to go to yg. i’m going to debut at yg, no matter what.” 🐶 that desire was so strong in me. 🐶 ofc jyp is also an amazing company with so many incredible artists and i have friends there too 🐶 but for me, yg was always my number one choice

jihoon talked about his germany trip 🥹 he visited the bauhaus in dessau, the meisterhäuser, bauhaus school building and student dorms, bauhaus museum, and the neue nationalgalerie 🐶 there’s a famous photo taken on the balconies of the student dorms.. the one where students gather and look down below. but as i was looking at that directly from underneath…woah, it’s seriously killing it. i looked straight up and because it was snowing so much, the sky was all white.. woah, this is modernism. everything is pure white and just.. it was very good 🐶 if you go to the bauhaus museum, there are things like marcel breuer chairs, wassily chairs.. there’s a lot of exhibition 🐶 since it’s in german, i’m looking at them one by one using papago. looking at just one thing took so much time, i was getting so drained but it was seriously amazing 🐶 looking at mies van der rohe’s chairs and things like that in person, hah… i want to buy them and take them if korea was a close country 🐶 if you go to the neue nationalgalerie, mies van der rohe did that, he built it. they recently did the saint laurent show there too 🐶 seeing things like that.. truly in the world, there really is a lot to learn. woah really, in the world there are many pretty and diverse things, and you see as much as you know. since you see as much as you know, i should read many books, and look things up a lot, i thought a lot of things like that so i have fun even if i go alone 🐶 it’s so much fun even if i go on a trip alone. people around me said who goes to germany in january? everyone was like why go to germany when you could go elsewhere in europe? but i found germany really fun? it was really really fun. so it depends on a person’s taste. wherever you go, off season or peak season, all that is meaningless actually, if you just have the will yourself. no matter what others say, if there is something i find fun, then i go and play, that’s how it is 🐶 you’re surprised because i know as much as a major? well, for me, if i like something, i look it up and dig into it really deeply, so i guess that’s why.. i know things i like well, but i don’t know things i don’t like very well. there are pros and cons 🐶 actually, even though you have to transfer to get to berlin and the flight.. and the language doesn’t work at all, if i have something i want to see, and there’s something i want to feel by going there, and i have that kind of will, i think a person can do anything 🐶 yeah right~ german art is really diverse, and kind of underrated? that’s right~ the fine art galleries are also really well done 🐶 when i went to berlin, other than going to galleries or things like that, i only bought clothes once. shopping.. i went just once in a vintage shop 🐶 and the galleries, really everyone has them done so so well, and germany is.. it’s good to go after knowing some historical things too. seeing those things in person, many thoughts came to mind

🐶 i actually asked the company staff about this today.. i asked them, “are artists not allowed to use the word streaming? is it something we’re not supposed to say?” and they told me, “it’s not that you can’t say it, it’s just that artists don’t usually use that kind of wording.” so i was like, “it’s not that i’m trying to tell them what to do, i just want to thank them for streaming.. then how am i supposed to say it?” and they told me that i can say it if i want, so that’s why i’m saying it now. 🐶 🙏 thank you, everyone. thank you so much for doing it. thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙇🏻

jihoon’s sleep paralysis is so bad that he went in and out of it more than 10 times during his massage today :( he couldnt even sleep and get some rest even if he had the time to :( i feel so bad :( 🐶 right after I got back to Korea, I went to get a massage. while I was getting the massage, I ended up getting sleep paralysis. 🐶 u know how it is, right? when you get sleep paralysis, you wake up - fall asleep - get sleep paralysis - wake up - fall asleep - boom sleep paralysis. over and over. u know you’re trapped in that cycle, but you can’t escape it because you’re so tired that you keep falling back asleep 🐶 im like “ah im probably gonna get sleep paralysis again” but at the same time you think, “maybe this round will be different” 🐶 but no, I got sleep paralysis so many times. I seriously got stuck in an endless loop. I was trying so hard to snap out of it, like moving around and struggling, and then when I finally woke up, the massage therapist was like 👩🏻 oh? are you okay? is this position uncomfortable for you? 🐶 so I pretended it was that and went “ah yeah im okimokimok” 🐶 then I fell asleep again, and it happened again. I’d move around, wake up, and they’d ask me if im okay. i say yes. this happened like three or four times. 🐶 then later they put something warm on me. but when they did, I suddenly got kind of scared because I was already in that weird state, so I asked, “how long does this stay on for?” and they said about 7 minutes. by then I’d already had sleep paralysis like four times in a row. every time it happened, i’d wake up - sleep paralysis - wake up - sleep paralysis just over and over. 🐶 anyway, after it was all done 👩🏻 does your body feel okay now? 🐶 oh yeah yeah my body feels great. yes yes I think I feel really good 🐶 my manager said he could give me a ride, but since the other hyungs had just gotten back to Korea too, I was like, “no everyone go home and rest. its Sunday anyway, I’ll go by myself.” 🐶 so I was dragging myself home thinking, “should I just lie down and sleep right here on the street?” but it was so hot today, and the back of my neck was burning from the heat. I pulled myself together and got home. 🐶 honestly, I was planning to sleep. I thought I’d sleep for like three hours after getting home, but I just couldn’t fall asleep. And seriously, this is torture. the suffering of insomnia is real. people who can actually sleep when they want to sleep are seriously amazing. 🐶 I really tried today. the story behind mingyu’s “set me free” challenge he really put effort into it and was even disappointed that it wasn’t how he expected it to be 🥹 #민규 🐶 i didn't want to just film the challenge in a hotel. so i even thought about this: when we arrive at the airport, get out of the car, and the reporters and fans are taking photos of us, you know? right after getting out of the car, before crossing the street... i actually thought about filming it then. but i was way too embarrassed to do it 🐶 i wanted to film it somewhere on the streets, but i just couldn't find a nice spot anywhere in paris. so after the show, on the way back to the hotel, i asked them to pull over for a second. they stopped the car by the side of the road, and i just ran and filmed it 🐶 but then another problem came up. turns out it actually takes some practice. trying to listen to the song and go while matching the beat 'dung dung dung dung' was really confusing too. and the bigger problem was that the streets in paris were so noisy. my manager was filming me while playing the song from his phone, but i couldn't hear it at all. that's why you could see me holding his phone. i was listening to the song through that. so i was kind of disappointed. and looking back at it, i should've paid more attention to the little details: i should’ve done it lifting my shirt like this 🐶 it was fun, but i still wish i could've done it better

🐶 honestly, we don’t really talk about sasaengs to fans. we choose not to 🐶 among the members, there are some with severe ssng issues and some less so we don’t see a reason to bring it up 🐶 but it was REALLY bad 🐶 i’m saying this now, six years into debut, but it was REALLY bad. jihoon’s ment ☹️ this is taking a toll on them so much ☹️ 🎥 🐶 as hyunsuk said earlier, we’ve been feeling under the weather and the members aren't in good condition right now, so i feel sorry to the fans and to the members too 🐶 there’s kind of a heavy atmosphere within the team right now.. everyone’s sick and doesnt even have the energy to talk in the waiting room 🐶 but despite all that, they give it their all on stage and work hard so im really grateful to the members for that 🐶 im also really grateful for how they try their best not to show that to the fans 🐶 I also want to say how incredibly grateful i am to the Treasure Makers who understand our members so well, cheer us on with all their might, and watch over us warmly 🐶 actually, I talked about it a little bit yesterday on wv Live, but honestly, im glad that it seems like the performance went really well until the last day 🐶 as hyunsuk said, there are some people for whom today is their last day, and there are also people who we will meet again next time, and for that I will work hard to show you 100% of my best every time and show you an even cooler side of myself 🐶 I also tried to show you 100% of my best, but im so sorry that I couldnt. thank you again.
