CSS Trick ⭐️ You can create a resizable panel UI with CSS alone by leaning into resize and display:grid 👀 .panels{ display: grid; grid-template-columns: auto 1fr; 👈 } .resizer{ max-width: 100cqi; overflow: hidden; resize: horizontal; 👈 } Putting a resizable element into the first panel provides a way to resize the layout as we're using "auto 1fr". The owner of a Florida barbershop is accused of using his crossbow to fire arrows into the business of a rival barbershop. Jorge Rivera Rodriguez was recently arrested and booked into jail under suspicion of shooting a missile into a dwelling and criminal mischief. Today I vibe-coded a small but incredibly useful macOS Electron app using Cursor + GPT-5.5. I use my Mac with a Samsung monitor that has a built-in webcam. Every time I used the camera, I noticed annoying light flickering. I always assumed it was my lighting. It turns out the culprit was the anti-flicker setting. The webcam was set to 60 Hz by default, while India's power frequency is 50 Hz. That mismatch causes visible flickering under indoor lighting. Samsung doesn't provide any way to change this on the monitor, and macOS doesn't have a built-in control for it either. So I asked Cursor to build a simple camera control app that lets me change the webcam's hardware settings, including the anti-flicker mode, along with zoom, brightness, contrast, and more. About 30 minutes and a few rounds of refinement later, I had a fully working Electron app. A tiny app, but it solved something that had been annoying me for months.

I finally pushed through Pit 80 in Diablo with an insane Rain of Arrows build made by DiEoxidE on maxroll and I have to say, it's the most fun I've had on rogue since Season 1. This build isn't even fully complete yet - so don't mind my slower ~6 minute Pit clear. I was able to slaughter the masses of demons using my Victrix BFG controller - the back paddles can be used to dodge and dash so you can keep focusing on combos with ease and comfort. Shoutout to Turtle Beach for their epic gaming peripherals! 🥳 Want to do this build? Try using Heartseeker and equip the Shard of Verathiel to get Rain of Arrows with virtually no cooldown! Cast Heartseeker to gain Precision stacks, then cast Dark Shroud to gain defense/movement buffs, then cast Rain of Arrows. Getting the rotation can be hard, but so rewarding! What's the highest pit you've cleared?

One of my first and most ambitious project ideas when I started to learn front-end webapp development was to create an interactive skew-t/hodograph viewer where the profile could be modified through keyboard inputs— the first of its kind on a web platform— where parameters would update as you modified the profile. 10,000 lines of code and over a year of development later, that vision now lives in Storm Chase Archive. The right and left arrows warm and cool selected points on the skew-t. The up and down arrows adiabatically lift or descend those selected points. Those same four keys move the u- and v- wind components of the selected hodograph points. More announcements about my interactive skew-t/hodograph, including a real-time version, later. Visited the demolished house of Journalist Arfaz Daing in Jammu today. I extended full support to his family and strongly condemned this selective action by the SDA. Due to militancy, people from far-flung areas have been taking shelter in Jammu for years, yet only his house was targeted while many others in the same area, even the CM’s house, stand on state land. This is pure injustice!

Instructions for syncing Replit with Cursor This looks like a lot but it takes 3 minutes once you get it down. HUGE shout out to @anshnanda_ for showing me how to do this. Open Repl or Create with our Template Go to Cursor - Click Terminal - Click CMD K - Type "Generate an SSH Key For Replit, name it Replit, and copy the public key to the clipboard" - if prompted to overwrite put "y", then enter - it'll prompt about passphrase, just press enter - it'll prompt about passphrase again, just press enter - this automatically copies the ssh key to clipboard Go to Replit - plus sign (new tab) and type SSH - go to SSH panel - Click Keys - Add SSH Key - Give it Label (doesn't matter what you call it) - Paste in that code from cursor that was automatically added to your clipboard in previous process. Should be a fat chunk of text. (If its smaller, you didn't specify the public key) - Go to connect tab in same panel - Copy the Shell command Go Back to Cursor - Open with SSH - Paste that shell command on top - Click Add new SSH Host - Paste the command again - Enter - Click the first option that pops up - Bottom Right of screen click connect - Click Continue - Open Folder - Click name of Replit Project (Repl) If you are using the template just set up firebase as I do quickly and you are set up with database authentication and storage.
