100% pure facts. I think the biggest issue is Riley doesn’t have California ties and not much of the staff he’s had over the 3 years at USC do either. We have some elite recruiters. Need to pony up the NIL and take back Ca. Make it known. Declare and conquer.

90% needs to be done here , I see going after a few DT / O line out of state , but the majority needs to be at home. USC desperately needs A gm because Riley doesn’t like doing the recruiting. I honestly don’t think he can give 100% to both coaching and recruiting
