Moses was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure and has been admitted into different hospitals for dialysis and other medical treatments. It's has not been easy for him. The doctors recommended a kidney transplant, which cost about 32 million, but moses isn't financially capable at the moment. While he needs so much money to get back on his feet His current condition has limited him from working whatsoever, he's mostly in pain everyday and fighting for his life so all he can rely on for survival is others, so please nothing is too small honestly.
