Here is DLSS5 working on an animation I made in Unreal. It uses the existing geometry, animation, textures and lighting to render. It doesn't make stuff up out of thin air. There is zero generative AI. This is the exact use of AI that people have wanted. As a tool where artists maintain full art direction. Neural rendering makes creating amazing art with real 3D models easier and more accessible. All 3D artists should be excited. Here is another explanation by Daniel Vávra ⚔ Is this a 3D model? The man's brother, who lives overseas, then got a phone call from his brother's phone. It was his captors. The call is recorded. What did they want? For the overseas brother to *delete tweets* and stop posting about Imran Khan for 30 days. He initially refused, and they beat his brother, making sure he could hear. ANIMATION TIMING a Thread 🧵 by “F” #Animation timing is an EXTREMELY tricky, specialized art form all its own, and VERY few people are actually, truly “great” at it. The scene below from the first #FairlyOddParents movie “Abra-Catastrophe” was storyboarded, designed, directed, written and TIMED by me. It looks like shit. Why? Because someone other than me who was in a role of authority to do so went in and changed my original timing. This scene was supposed to be frantic, kinetic, exciting and energized. Instead, it’s klunky, slow and awkward. (FUN FACT: I intended it to be a nod to the Yoda/Dooku duel in “Attack of the Clones”) This was a stylistic choice somebody who wasn’t me made. Choices like this are usually made out of a fear that the audience won’t be able to follow along if it moves too quickly, so what often happens is they will call for three times as many in betweens as necessary to “play it safe” and then speed it up in post production. The result is always ugly and jarring. It winds up looking like it doesn’t belong. Animation timing is a precise and delicate art form, and to do it well you need to have CONFIDENCE in your choices. From there, PAI generated the characters, transformed them into keyframes, and then animated the scenes into a full sequence. The interesting part was seeing how the same characters, environment, and visual style stayed consistent across multiple shots while the story progressed naturally. A whistleblower exposed that the BBC deceptively edited Trump's January 6th speech. It was done by taking b-roll footage and placing it over the ending and beginning of different voice clips, making it seem like what was said was one unbroken segment. It's a dirty video editing practice. I've spent about ten minutes looking at our MSM and already found multiple examples of CNN and MSNBC doing similar edits with that speech. For example, look at what CNN aired compared to the original. Both footage from C-SPAN. See how CNN added in some b-roll to make it seem like it was all one sentence? Sleazy stuff. If I look more I'm sure I could find a dozen examples of our media doing this with Trump's Jan. 6th speech.

We wanted to see if we could take simple, physical materials (like cardboard and markers) and use AI to bring them to life. What was the result? A short film starring a bunch of TPUs getting ready for the big stage at Google I/O 2026! Working with director Laurie Rowan and Nexus Studios, we kept human artistry at the center of the film by blending puppetry and 3D animation with our models to do the following ↓ Nano Banana: Generated beautifully stylized first frames from the raw puppet footage and basic 3D animations. Google AI Studio: Built a custom tool inside the platform to test these frames at scale, ensuring pixel-perfect consistency Gemini Omni & experimental Google DeepMind Models: Merged the base animation and stylized frames to elevate the final piece to a cinematic level. Our AI pipelines were specifically designed to protect the crafty details that give these films their heart, like the tiny human imperfections of puppetry, or the nuance an animator can build into an expression.
