There's a LIMIT on SPEED. Other than on a highway or freeway, there's no minimum.

I was born in LA. Place is currently the worse city in America at this point. Migrants, drugs, crime, corruption, taxes, cost of living, perversions, all running rampant and unchecked. My advice: don't go there.
