911 operator needs to be fired. The recording proves the phone was not breaking up.

This is NOT how to handle an emergency. Get the damn address and dispatch the ambulance IMMEDIATELY. The details can be passed to the medics while they drive.

When you get someone like that on the phone with a passive-aggressive attitude, hang up and call back to get a different person. She sucks.
