@Thebestfigen Yep. I used to play in the mud holes after rain, in the creek behind our house, and on home made slip n slide from a roll of plastic and the waterhose.

@Thebestfigen Every time hurricane knocks power out for days I go back 40 years n live like 1985. It’s so much more fulfilling plus everyone leaves their homes n talks to 1 another. Haven’t seen neighbors since hurricane Ian

@Thebestfigen Spent summers at my grandparents in rural southwestern PA and this is exactly what we did. No internet. Nothing around. Just one with nature. Was the best of times.

@Thebestfigen Kids will find a way to have fun whether they have a stream, ditch, sandbox, tree, park, tiny backyard, or huge estate, so long as you get them outside. Way better than sitting in front of a screen of any kind.

I miss being a kid. Mom and Dad told me to enjoy it as they went off to work, I miss my kids... I told them to enjoy it as I went off to work. The grand kids came along and I told them to enjoy it as Their moms and dads went off to work! I got to be like a kids being with their kids. The sadness in my life is... They grew up! I miss my grand kids! I hope I am here when they come back with their kid... TimeIsPrecious
