Yeah well sometimes they just don’t fall asleep which makes it ass spanking time. My kids never acted like this because they learned early it was FAFO time. We followed through with whatever disciplinary action we told them we were going to do. Sometimes gave them 2 warnings. The third was again FAFO time. Parents are too sensitive these days. The best disciplinary action I found to be extremely effective was to take ALL of their toys, their covers and pillows (left them with a bottom sheet, all their games, bikes, etc.) We usually gave them their pillows and sheets back after about 3 days, but took everything else for a month. They are now 20 & 24 and they thank us for it.

I've been doing it all wrong! I used pet shock collars!
