Many counties here did. Until the Wes Moore Power Grab of 2026 and he took that ability away despite testimony from people whose children were killed by illegals. Wes Moore would have people in his state killed so he could claim the "W" saying he "fought Trump".

There’s a legitimate debate over jail cooperation with ICE and how enforcement should work. But protests turning violent or threats against agents are unacceptable. Enforce immigration law while protecting due process and public safety.
It takes 2 maybe 3 officers to enter a jail and safely secure and transport a prisoner. It takes an entire team to track them down on the street.

Law enforcement cooperation matters, but so does keeping tensions from escalating. Enforce immigration laws consistently, protect officers and communities, and hold anyone who uses violence or threats accountable.

Law enforcement works best when agencies can coordinate effectively and safely. Immigration enforcement should follow the law, protect communities, and avoid putting officers, agents, or residents unnecessarily at risk.
The reason why Dems won't let their police cooperate with ICE is to provoke scenes like this. They use this kind of footage in their propaganda to show that they are the good guys who protect illegal immigrants from the authorities. Is just a big scam.
And they’re all being paid that’s the worst part about it. Who in the right mind would want an illegal alien living in their community, especially if the rapist/murderers/thieves.
