One of my Twitter quips was, “The only true test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life,” and that triggers a lot of people. But how else do you know? How else do you know if you’re smart? If you’re not getting what you want out of life, how smart are you really? You might have had bad luck once upon a time, but consistently, every time? I doubt it. And there’s two parts to that. One is actually testing yourself against the world to see if you get what you want. And the other is wanting the right things in the first place. You know, I wish I was 20 years old and had wings. Umm, not gonna happen. So you gotta wish for the right things too.

When we are in meetings, we use a tool for what we call "dotting." It allows everyone to convey what they are seeing and how each person is behaving in real time. You can look at a screen and see, in color, how people are seeing each other. You see who thinks something is the most arrogant thing, or the stupidest thing, or that you aren't being considerate. When you see that visualization in real time, you are forced to ask yourself: How do I know that I’m seeing it the right way? How do I know that I’m not the wrong one? You realize you are just one of those dots in that line and in that grid. It causes you to go above yourself and provides perspective. Once you see how everyone else is seeing the situation, it raises a fundamental question: Together, how do we know what’s best? Just because an idea is in your head doesn’t mean it’s best. To make the right decisions, we have to look past our own individual assumptions and work together to find the truth.

You’re not too old. You’re not too broken. And you’re not too far gone. I’m turning 62 in 2 weeks. I post videos of myself training, but not to impress anyone. I’m not chasing likes. I’m not trying to prove I’m elite. And I’m not pretending everyone should be able to do what I do. There was a time, like for many of you, when I struggled to find time to train at all. Three young kids. A demanding job. Little balance. Fitness wasn’t even on the back burner—it was off the stove entirely. But it came back. With work. With consistency. With a mindset shift. you’re healing the old you that never really believed in yourself.. and now you do believe, until something stops working. then that old negative self talk creeps right back in like it never left. anyone can start a journey. the beginning is easy because you’re inspired, you’re excited, everything feels new. but nobody prepares you for the part where the money isn’t moving, the progress isn’t visible and you’re just.. sustaining. maintaining what you built and wondering if this is it🥹 that’s the part where most people quit. not because it’s hard but because it’s quiet and pretty stagnant. i got so comfortable with where i was and who i was that i completely lost track of why i started in the first place. my comfort disguised itself as contentment and i almost didn’t catch it if im being honest. so if you’re in the middle right now.. unsure, not earning what you want, not satisfied with your business or career, no clue what the next phase looks like.. let yourself be lost for a minute. being lost doesn’t mean you’re off track, it means you’re between versions of yourself. never forget who you were when you started. because i promise you it’s a completely different person than the version reading this right now 🫶🏼 #fitness #gym #women

I have had staff follow up with the artist many times asking what the response is. What the plan is, what was agreed on. They were supposed to give a summary back because we already gave the solution and they wanted to propose something. We wanted to listen but they just disappeared. From three days to more than a month now, no matter how many times I ask, no response. Probably not coming, probably busy lately. I see them just playing fitness and liking all the fans’ posts first. So, fan clubs when you say you want that person to have work, you have to see if they actually want to do it, like it, or just have to endure it. You have to see who they really are, uh... yeah. You have to see the reality too... We are ready to support and open opportunities in every case. Even if you say how many million per year you want, write it down and we will arrange it for you. If you don’t trust us, go trust someone else, and it will turn out like this. But we are not saying it’s not everyone’s personal right. Of course, if you want to create a kinky play scene around punishment, now you know how to do it easily... let them guess what you want! Trust me, if you don't know, they certainly won't.
