Strange how a flag can be banned but a song insighting murder is ok. It does not make LOGICAL sense. I suppose it's the same "its not the votes that count, but the ones who count the votes" that matters. We must also remember this:

I don't think it is. It is protected if you sing about killing a certain race. If races were reversed you would immediately be in prison.
