When artists, hosts, and their teams pull up, everything should already be organized. There are way too many situations where the first people they meet at the venue have no clue what’s going on. That’s an avoidable bad look.

The problem with events like this is that you’re almost always dealing with contracted security. They’re not staff, they have no affiliation with the venue, and nobody knows anything. Deal with it all the time in Vegas.
