Having worked with people with special needs for almost ten years, it’s hard to fathom the fact that the world will not bend for their needs and they’re forced to bend (some until they break) for this world. So it’s nice to see a small instance of someone taking time to break a rule for the sake of a memory they can look back on. Hopefully that didn’t cost him his job. Wildly big gesture though.
