The studio version of this track was honestly impossible to listen to. It was so overloaded with autotune and heavy processing… the voices didn’t even sound like themselves anymore. And overall, the song just felt kind of dull, it almost put me to sleep. But this… I’ve said it before, #Jungkook gives any song something else entirely. He gives it breath, real life. A new sound. Jungkook was mentioned in popular MBC Radio show 'Park Ji-hyun's Brunch Cafe' ; Host: I looked into whether any Korean or K-pop artist has ever performed at the Super Bowl halftime show. It turns out that Jungkook was actually invited to perform alongside American singer Usher at the 2024 Super Bowl halftime show, but he couldn’t make it due to his mandatory military service. He would have been the first K-pop artist ever to take that stage, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. Still, with the growing global influence of K-pop and Asian artists and even Spanish songs making it to the Super Bowl, I think fans from those regions must be incredibly excited.

I want to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent Rolling Stone article on the "Every BTS solo song ranked" In the Top 10, the only Jungkook song featured was "My You" , while his covers "Falling" and "Let There Be Love" were included, his original self-written and self-produced songs were completely ignored. How can covers be prioritized over original hits that have received worldwide recognition and the love of millions of listeners? Almost 45% of this list has never appeared in charts or in rankings from professional outlets. These tracks show no signs of mass consumption, noticeable popularity, or significant listener appreciation. Many of them I am seeing for the very first time in this publication. A large portion of the ranking was taken by rap-line tracks unfamiliar to the wider audience. Meanwhile, "Still With You", this Queen , is entirely missing, and "Somebody" is placed nearly at the bottom. In their review, they wrote that at the beginning of" Somebody", the vocals don’t sound like Jungkook’s and that a vocal distortion effect was used. But how is that possible, considering #Jungkook has performed this song live and his live performance is absolutely identical to the recording? Unless, of course, the author never actually listened to the song at all. Jungkook is one of the very few BTS members capable of singing live 100% exactly as in the studio version. What’s even stranger is that the author criticizes the supposed vocal distortion in Jungkook’s performance, yet fully supports and justifies the use of autotune in other members’ tracks. This raises the question: why are completely different standards being applied to Jungkook? I consider this an insult to his talent. What’s especially surprising is that this ranking was compiled by an ARMY with a clear bias toward RM and Jin. This raises serious questions about the selection criteria and the professionalism of the editorial team. How can there be any claim of impartiality and objectivity under such circumstances? Jungkook is a world-class artist whose songs top charts, go viral, and resonate with people of all ages and cultures. To ignore this scope and impact is to deliberately distort the reality of his influence. Be professional and monitor the articles that are published under your name. And to you, Jae-Ha Kim 김재하, I suggest listening to "Somebody" , apologizing for your slander, and never again creating rankings based on your personal preferences.

🔴JK🌟Was LIVE | 6.28.26 | 4 hours As one of the lucky ones who was able to watch JK’s four-hour live last night, I wanted to share what I took away from it. Fair warning: this is a long one… but he did give us four hours of content. 😅 Read if you’d like! First, and most importantly, Jungkook wants us to see him for who he is: a responsible adult who is capable of making his own decisions. He wants people to stop questioning every choice he makes, every word he says, and every aspect of how he lives his life. He is happy. He told us himself, “I’m so good.” He takes his health and well-being seriously, and he knows what works for him. He works hard, and like many adults, enjoys winding down sometimes with good food, alcohol, or both. He’s naturally nocturnal and thrives on the schedule that suits him. He doesn’t need unsolicited advice about how he should sleep or live. After the show, he went out to eat with the members, before returning to his hotel to film the dance challenge, which took over 50 takes. It was another reminder of how much pride he takes in his work. He always wants to show us, and himself, the very best he can do. Right now, he’s immersed in dance. He’s studying locking, krumping, and other house styles because he genuinely wants to become an even better dancer. He wants keep sharing dance challenges with us, because that’s one of the ways he can give us something new right now. He said he doesn’t actually listen to music that often, unless it is connected to a dance video, but when he does, he’s been enjoying a lot of music from his fellow idols, especially girl groups. He even shared a few songs he’s been playing on repeat lately. He’s also been enjoying anime, talking about several series he’s been watching and how excited he is for the next season of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. He spoke honestly about learning English. I’m so tired of these endless comparisons. Tell me honestly, does it truly matter how much a brand’s items cost? Is love for an artist measured by the numbers on a price tag? Is pride defined by a price list? When Jungkook has a new collaboration, I don’t care who’s wearing what or who outdid whom, I write only about him. And you, by the way, do too. He partnered with Calvin Klein and you called it "oh, just mass market". Then you saw the scale and the way the brand treated him and suddenly you wanted the same for your artists. You dreamed of Chanel, but Chanel chose him. And he didn’t agree for the sake of a prestigious name. He agreed because he felt their history, their aesthetic, their spirit. Jungkook doesn’t accept everything that’s offered. He doesn’t work for status. He chooses what resonates with his inner self. Now it’s Hublot and once again the race begins. Rushing to Rolex, to Patek, asking them to make your artists ambassadors. But why? So you can compare again tomorrow?
