One of the best decisions I made 5 years ago. Your knee is just going to get worse if your cartilage is gone. Recovery takes a few months but well worth it.

I’ve literally had 3 acl surgeries and stage 3 arthritis at only 36 years old. I’m being told I can’t get a knee replacement until I’m in my 40’s… why??
