Squaring The Face Controlling your golf ball is all about managing the club face. Understanding the how the arms will influence the club face is key. The lead arm will have some internal rotation in the backswing, therefore we will need to add external rotation to this arm through the release. If we fail to do this, we will leave the face open and often bring in more chicken wing/scoop patterns through contact. Learning to externally rotate the lead arm will help you keep a flat lead wrist and deliver a stronger loft. If you’re a player who tends to slice or fade the ball, this concept will help you to feel what you need to square it up. I just posted the full version of this lesson on the ProShopApp!!! Comment “SQUARE” if you’d like access to the video.

On the June 12th this year, the Ireland we know and love will be no more. From that day on we will be just a colony controlled by the corrupt EU elite. Sold out by a traitorous Irish Government. 79 traitors who will be vilified in Irish history. #OptOutNow #EUMigrationPact

When we run out onto Marvel Stadium this Friday night, no player will receive more adulation than 150-gamer Sam Docherty. But it was what Doc did in the lead-up to game No.149, reuniting with Noah in WA, that was a true mark of our milestone man. 💙💙💙

Nick Young believes the playoffs will be a ‘cakewalk’ for the Lakers: “1st round it’ll be a cakewalk, 2nd round you play the Spurs with no experience, cake walk. Then you play OKC and to me this year OKC is a little bit fragile. Their 2nd star is in and out the rotation, they depend to much on the role players… I feel like the Lakers are clicking at the right time” (Via Gil’s Arena)

This man helps a homeless veteran out with some food and gets emotional when the veteran tells him that he’s waiting for a bed to open up. This is the kind of energy that we need. In this country, we should have no veterans living on the street. Period. They deserve so much better.

Want Better balance? Try this simple drill. Most golfers aren’t thinking about weight through the feet. They are often focused on some of the bigger things they see like an Over The Top or a Hanging Back Yet how we use the ground will massively impact those moves and in turn influences our ball striking As you know, in the downswing we want some lateral shift of the lower body and rotation. This drill helps you achieve both. Simply doing this will create awareness of where you are and that is the starting point of change. #golfball #golf

The racism in this Country is out of control and it’s getting worse by the day. This woman just pulls up to a car with a black man in it & calls him a stupid ass Biotch & then flips him off with both hands & says she’s calling the cops on the N word. She had no license plate.

Spencer Pratt Just Challenged Karen Bass to Debate EVERY Friday until the election. Every single week. Out in the open. In front of the people of Los Angeles. The ball is in your court, Karen. Will you stand on a stage and defend your record? Or will you do what you did when LA was burning and disappear to Ghana? We eagerly await your response.

Asked Chris Finch about the adjustment in Mike Conley's role this season and what that process has been like. In his answer he talked a bit about the rotation big picture "We're getting up to the point here where we might even shrink the rotation a little bit smaller, and then everybody (who plays) minutes will level out". For context, the Wolves have been playing a 10-man rotation for most of the season, but with the 9th and 10th guys often playing between 4 and 8 total minutes. So I read that as the leveling out coming in the form of removing one guy so everyone who plays is receiving 10+ minutes a night. These were the 10 players who played tonight while the Wolves were at full-strength Gobert Randle McDaniels (got hurt tonight) Edwards DiVincenzo Reid Conley Hyland Shannon Clark (Rob Dillingham has not been in the 10-man rotation of late when the Wolves are at full-strength.)

Many golfers who come over the top have transition backwards. They feel like the downswing starts with rotation, so they spin open from the top, throwing the club out and over the plane. Hello, slice. The fix isn’t no rotation. It’s better sequence. Starting the downswing with a lateral move toward the target not only shifts pressure into the lead side, it helps shallow the club. Now rotation becomes an asset. With the club shallow, a player can rotate as aggressively as they want and the path stays on plane. The lateral shift earns the right to turn hard. This is one of the ways we teach coaches to use force plate data in our advanced seminars. When we see an over-the-top pattern and lateral force is low or late, we start cues from the ground up. 🎥: Me and My Golf

‼️NEW: On January 3, Ukraine will host a meeting at the NSA level. On January 6, a leaders-level meeting will take place in France. On January 7, there will be another NSA-level meeting, followed by a meeting of all leaders with U.S. President Donald Trump. All of this is scheduled throughout January. "On January 3, we plan to meet in Ukraine all the NSA – national security advisors. All the advisors who will come to us. And we will discuss all the documents, all the developments and additional things. Next: President Macron, together with the European leaders, will host a meeting at the level of leaders on January 6 in France, so far we have such an agreement – in France. At that point we will discuss everything that was worked out by our advisors, we will review it as leaders. This meeting is on January 6. There will also be meetings of more advisors on January 7 after this revision. And then we will discuss the next steps in preparing for the meeting of the leaders of Europe and the United States of America," — Zelenskyy told journalists on Tuesday, Dec. 30.
