Ryan Murphy revealed that #AHS13 will pay homage to Jessica Lange’s iconic “Knotty Pine” moment as Fiona Goode from ‘Coven’: “My favorite, perhaps, of all time. We do a literal homage to this in AHS 13 and I hope you enjoy it! FUN FACT: icon Jessica Lange did ONE TAKE of this scene and that’s the one we used and what you love now. KNOTTY PINE FOREVER! Jessica, by the way, was STUNNED this became a thing. I was not. xo RYAN”

Jessica Lange ranks three of her most iconic “American Horror Story” one-liners: 1. “What is this? Knotty pine?!” 2. “There’s not going to be a swimming pool, you stupid slut.” 3. “This Coven doesn’t need a new Supreme. It needs a new rug.”

Jessica Lange on recreating the iconic “Knotty Pine” scene from “AHS: Coven” in #AHS13: “That was fun. Some of these characters are so wild, and that was one of those moments. I actually had to watch the scene from the original episode just to hear the voice again, and ground myself in something real. That scene played wonderfully because of Danny [Huston] and the relationship that we had during that season. It really is a kind of wild and wonderful moment.”

BADDIES MIDWEST EPISODE 12 🍿 - Wild N Out taking up the whole episode is LAZY & CRAZY 😭 - The game with Hitman Holla was HORNY & CORNY 🤢 - Natalie & Scotty lowkey told on themselves . Ivori said she was gone beat up whoever gave Big Lex the chain 😂😂😂 Scotty didn’t wanna be “Scotty with the KNOTTY” . Or Scotty could just really wanted to pick Jaz , idk 🤷🏾‍♂️ - Summer swear she not scared of Ivori , but the way you be antagonizing & bothering Jaz , Pretty P , & Emma 24/7 , and never Ivori , & she the first person who ever tried you on the show , is very very questionable 😭 - Pretty P sister driving from Chicago to Milwaukee to Kangaroo Kick Diamond & get arrested is insane 😭😭 - NEXT WEEK looks crazy . They could’ve kept this episode . BOO 🍅🍅 #baddiesmidwest #isaiahjaay #zeusnetwork
