The React vocabulary transfers. The platform assumptions do not. Keyboard avoidance, navigation state, gestures, accessibility semantics, background work, and offline failure modes are where a web-shaped app still feels web-shaped on a phone.

The styling switch trips people up more than the view vs div thing honestly. Flexbox defaults are different enough that your web muscle memory actively fights you for the first week.
