No, no, no, no. Never, ever, ever ever use baking soda on your teeth. Yes it is alkaline B U T it is so abrasive and will scratch and wear down the enamel's surface. Please don't ever use anything abrasive like this on your teeth. To lift stains, whiten and remove acid forming sugars: oil pull with coconut oil instead. THIS WORKS! Swish your mouth for 20 minutes with coconut oil. Spit (for the love of god, do not swallow). Then brush teeth as usual. Do this a couple times a week or every night. You will thank me later. Happy smiling!

Facts about this video, just for your reference. No offence. Clove numbs tooth pain temporarily, but doesn’t address the root cause—just a short-term remedy, not a substitute for a dentist. Baking soda can remove surface stains, but excessive use may erode enamel and doesn’t remove all plaque without damage.’ Green tea might slightly reduce mouth bacteria, but it won’t instantly ‘eliminate the cause’ of bad breath; persistent issues need proper diagnosis. Eating hard cheese after meals can neutralise acids, but it isn’t a magic barrier—brushing, flossing, and fluoride are still necessary. Sage rinse may provide slight relief for inflamed gums, but it won’t ‘kill all bacteria’ or cure gum disease; professional cleaning is often needed.

oral health education is important. thanks

soda bicarbonate and vinegar - best help

Once you have caries you cant remove it

Top 5 things AI should be used for

I would skip xylitol, agree with the rest.

Baking Soda not damaging enamel is Bullshit. Made My teeth painfully sensitive for a Year. Don’t trust all educational cartoons.

I brush twice a week

oral health matters

Animator here. Did you pay an animator for this? Don't use AI anymore. Pay artists

The stakes for a deployment bug are just a bit higher than a bricked car.

Or just remove carbs (all forms, it’s just sugar) from your diet. No plaque (dead bacteria).

🦷 Does baking soda harm teeth? No — baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) does not harm tooth enamel when used properly. In fact, it’s been studied for decades and is widely accepted in dentistry.

gotta keep teeth healthy

The speed of IT industry is so fast that I cannot catch it, but the speed of dentistry is so low that once you have a cavity in your teeth, you would suffer and the treatment is also painful.

Plaque looks cute in animations, but in real life it’s just bacteria doing damage. Brushing, flossing, and not sipping sugar all day go a long way. Small habits, big impact on your mouth.

The fact that Xylitol is not only a sugar substitute but it actually kill bad bacteria in the mouth is a double win. It should be noted that Xylitol is toxic to dogs

Hate to break it to you but the coconut oil one is b.s.

Indeed brushing your teeth woth baking soda does wear down enamel. Beware.

Some of the girls have 3 legs and that's absolutely fine because the focus is on the oral hygiene.

I've learnt about oil pulling a few years ago and I've never looked back.

@grok suggests the best oral care combination of all mentioned in video
