he's been at vessels side since the start :( probably watched him have the best and worst days outside of the studio too and never left his side, he looks at vessel so often from his drum kit too :') they are like two puzzle pieces that perfectly fit each other

I thought the breakdown sounding forced was intentional; the first thing he says after is 'did I give you what you came for' or something to that effect. Thought it was a dig at the "fans" that complain about the metal band not playing metal.

I think what he means is that he tries to accent certain sounds and syllables that Vessel makes, not what the lyrics are saying :'). Tbh it's kind of a dream to have a drummer pay attention to the vocals like that, it's why the two of them work so well together
