Knowing where to strike can mean the difference between escaping and becoming a victim. For self-defense education only.

Yeah but they aren't going to let me draw a red X on them, right?

True😂 the red X is just for the camera. In real life you train the locations until your hands go there automatically under stress.

And after 2 rounds, you can displace under the smoke screen

Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.

That’s why we train the targets until they become reflex, so even after the first punch lands, your body still knows where to hit back and create an exit.

This is a very informative 20 seconds. Bookmarked.

Mmmmkay...

This is actually next level combat...remains me to read the manga called "under doctor". It basically fist north star but its a doctor doing acupuncture martial arts 😎 check it out..it goes well with this post

I learnt about these moves from watching Argentina playing football ⚽🇬🇧✌️😂

The problem is, how am I going to get the guy to not hit me while I draw that X on him before I strike? I'm in so much trouble

Joe taught me the base of the skull and spine. It's how I beat Matt M into submission on the school bus after he punched me in the ribs for weeks. I told him to stop and tried the peaceful approach. Later in life he overdosed on barbiturates. 🤷🤷🤷

Y am i just knowing tgis now

Better late than never. Now you know, drill the spots until your hands find them without thinking.

@ChideraO76104 Solo funciona en el cine o con personas con un estado de forma limitado, con alguien con un mínimo de preparación, no sirve para nada.

@SurvivalInstint Ok bro

The reason this works is that your opponent will be momentarily confused when you pull out the red marker. That’s when you strike.

If you try this you will get your ass beat with 100% certainty. Learn Muay Thai and/or boxing , BJJ and work on developing good situational awareness. Most importantly get your CC license and go to the range often.

Some of this works. The trainer is large, strong and skilled, you are not. His punches are learned for years. You even can't imitate them. Simple advice: if you have no choice, but fight, go for groin, eyes, throat. If they are many, then run, scream if you are female.

@FinalBattle24 These techniques will not work if you’re dealing with a person of rage.

@FinalBattle24 Rage makes them stronger and less sensitive to pain, true. That’s why we aim for structural targets (eyes, throat, groin, knees) that disrupt balance or vision regardless of adrenaline.

@FinalBattle24 Hit them hard and hit them often.

The dim mak. Death touch. These are simply very painful spots to get hit, with the exception of the temple which, hit with enough localized force could certainly kill someone. Knowledge of dim mak goes far beyond knowing where to strike. You must also be able to diagnose your opponents organ weaknesses and focus power at the right point. Effectively you must be a doctor of TCM. If successful, your opponent will become very ill over several days, and MAYBE die. Luckily, it only takes 30-50 years of intense training to understand and apply skills like this. But sure, hit them there. Hard. It will hurt.

Forgot the main one...a hard kick right between the legs.

Kyosu is based on old medical studies, wich weren't always accurate. It is however very interesting to see how they charted a human body. Some points were for impact, other pressure and/or healing. Not for street fighter/mma, but for martial art history.

Not my armpits, I'm ticklish 😩

That looks like Mr Spock-like moves! 🖖🏻😎

What is this material set and who is the trainer?

I have had at least one of these used on me with no change in my body at all!

Full of shit 💩 if I did that to someone they hurt most places in the body

Could that one on the neck become the Vulcan neck pinch?

Effective self-defense relies on targeting vulnerable areas that do not depend on physical strength to disrupt an attacker's ability to continue. Eyes: Poking, gouging, or scratching the eyes causes immediate pain, involuntary tearing, and temporary blindness, disabling an attacker's sight long enough to create an opening to escape. Throat (Trachea): A firm strike or jab to the front of the neck disrupts breathing, induces coughing, and can temporarily incapacitate an attacker regardless of their size. Groin: A swift kick, knee, or grab creates severe pain and causes the body to instinctively double over, compromising the attacker's balance and posture. Nose: A palm-heel strike upward into the base of the nose tears eyes instantly, inflicts sharp pain, and causes disorientation. Shins and Instep: Stomping hard on the top of the foot or kicking the shin uses heavy footwear or body weight to break structural balance and inflict sharp pain without requiring complex technique. The core objective of physical self-defense is never to prolong a fight, but to interrupt the attack, break away, and run toward safety immediately.

Some Mikhail Ryabko level shit

A good old kick or knee in the balls sorts a lot of problems, as do fingers to the eyeballs. 😉😏

Δεν είναι πάντα τόσο απλό.

Or you could just poke them hard in the knackers with the red marker🤣

So all you need is a marker.🦝

You also have the pinky finger grab (very effective), the thumb in the eye or the knee to the genitals.

Fact

Appreciate it. Stay ready.

@FightClub753 Why not just the chin?

@FightClub753 Chin is solid for a KO when you can land it clean. These other spots give options when the chin is guarded, they’re bigger than you, or you’re already clinched. More tools = better chances.

İhtiyaç duyulan şeylere bakın. Kesintisiz çatışma hali ve halkım.
