This is a little misleading. Several of the clips showed were with the clock running down & he had to shoot it. That being said, Kobe did have a tendency to to take bad shots.

Kobe had a huge shot appetite with a remarkable shot-making ability. He had every shot in the bag & had the utmost confidence in himself. Highlights prove it. At times, he just couldn't help himself not to shoot it as he was obsessed with his own ability. Numbers prove it.
