Kody now handles git push concurrency with a queue managed in a durable object. Here I've got 20 agents pushing to 20 branches in a repo, no sweat. But then I had 20 agents push to the same branch simultaneously, some had to rebase and manage conflicts. All landed.

Opus 5.5 quite literally k*lled GPT-6 Astra. I asked Opus 5.5 to build a world in Unreal Engine and fill it with AI agents (Opus, Astra, Sol, Grok). Higgsfield built the assets in Blender. I left my laptop open overnight. The build took over 20 hours. The agents had one instruction: build a working society, allocate roles to each other, and evolve. Then I woke up on them beating the sh*t out of each other. Seems the frontier paced itself. Last minutes of failed society captured below:

4 hour drive from Cincinnati to Detroit!! Then to go live for JOW lunacy post show! Two things are needed to make this work well: (1) Durable execution / orchestration, to let agents recover and suspend (scale to zero) when they wait for input. (2) A durable execution orchestrator that has a push model that works with serverless platforms. Super fun to see agents with restate go brrrrrrrrrr: starting as durable functions on Modal's compute platform, scaling up, running, scaling down. Just out of the box, no extra code, no workers deployed. 👇

my gym in vietnam costs me 7 dollars a month two floors, full equipment, free weights, machines, open windows on outside, locals and expats mixed no ac but you sweat the way you’re supposed to sweat same setup in paris is 69 euros a month with a 2 year contract and a guy at desk trying to sell you protein who’s twice as small as you (lol) we got robbed for 20 years and accepted it as normal.

day 23 of forking Paperclip today i added knowledge bases for projects and you company. based on Andrej Karpathy idea below. added a 'system chores' and 'agent chores' to manage memory. after each heartbeat run memories get added ('agent chores') and every 4 hours memeries get managed. This is in a db with an API for all agents to use and is seperated form the agents memeroes which they get at instantiation time.
