@chellam_sir_op It won't happen overnight.But I am hopeful that in 5-10 yrs it will be a reality.Despite being a shabby shadow of it's former self,Kolkata truly remains the cultural heart of the eastern part of India. It's revival is must for the upcoming nabajagoran of Bengal's hindu identity.

Might happen after 10-15 years, not now. Entire Hoogle river side is covered with very old trading infrastructure. It’s still used as storehouses etc. it’s rotten that area. Owners won’t simply give up that space.
