I launched this token because I think the stigma needs to end. When I started in Web3 three years ago as an artist, I sold my art as NFTs & I’ve made over 5 million on chain assets since. Web3 was sold to creators as a better place to directly monetize your creations & I believed in it.  I believed in it enough to dedicate all my time towards creating and building in this ecosystem. I founded a NFT launchpad @3dotland & helped launch many degenerate style mints connecting artists with the larger trading market. NFTs are no different from Tokens. They are both a vehicle for speculation and the latter just has better tech & trading experience. NFTs are dead because Tokens replaced them. The market wants Tokens & creators should be free to experiment with tokens, whether it’s on Zora or anywhere else.  “Tokenize everything” is a positive narrative on Solana. However, we need to remove the negative social stigma surrounding launching tokens. If I launch a token and tell everyone not to buy it, but someone loses money, who is at fault? imo, the fault is on the individual who used their free will to gamble on my token.  Rugging is still wrong. If I launched a token, promised you generational wealth & then left the ecosystem with your money, that would be wrong. However, if I launched a token, tried my absolute best to build something of value & failed, I don’t think it’s fair to say I’m a rugger.  The fact is, 95% of startups fail. If we perpetuate a social stigma that discourages founders from experimenting with tokenization we will miss out on the 5% of startups that become incredibly successful.  I want Solana to be more than a Casino and I hope that tokenization has a larger use case outside of gambling. If we discourage genuine creators from launching real projects, then all that’s left will be the same bad actors building no real value & extracting. So yes, I launched a token to help get my point across. I am also regularly launching tokens on Zora & I have one on Timedotfun. Please only purchase my tokens if you like the art. Do not expect the price to increase. I am joining the war on tokens on the side of tokens. End Rant.
