POV wife used to sell these at her shop and the cookies and cream was something she came up with and it was the top seller. Injeolmi 400g sweet rice flour On a separate bowl mix: 350g water 30g sugar 1 tsp salt Slowly mix in the water mix to the sweet rice flour. Refrigerate the sticky dough for 1-2 hours (or longer). 🍫Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bites If you want an easy, healthier dessert, this one is only four ingredients, no oven needed, and somehow, it really does work. Im using pumpkin puree here, and mixed together with the vanilla protein and chocolate, you won’t even know you have pumpkin here. Here is how I made it: 1.Add 1 can pumpkin puree and 2 scoops vanilla protein to a food processor and blend until smooth. 2.Melt 1 to 1.5 cups of your favorite chocolate chips ( I used Lily’s lowcarb chocolate chips here) 3.Pour the melted chocolate into the pumpkin mixture and process again until thick and uniform. 4.Line a small dish with parchment paper, place raspberries in a recntange shape, and pour the mixture over top. 5.Freeze for 3 hours, then cut into bite-size pieces. These set into cold, fudgy bites with pops of raspberry and a surprising amount of protein. Perfect when you want something sweet without going off track. 💾 Okay I finally bought a Raspberry Pi 5 to make into a real retro computer as a proof of concept I love the Raspberry Pi much more than my ESP32 simply because I can SSH into it and it's just like a normal computer or server, the ESP32 required specific software to re-flash it everytime and it was TEDIOUS!!!! I need a fast feedback loop to develop with so all this flashing is too slow for me The Raspberry Pi 5 instead just runs Linux which then runs DOSBox-X to run Windows 3.11 install live downloaded from there so it stays fresh I then also got a Checkmate 19" IPS Retro Monitor by Stephen Jones (very indie and Kickstarter-style product) which is like a vintage retro PC monitor but with an OLED and it runs at 1280x1024, and the Raspberry Pi 5 has HDMI out so it works perfectly with it Then I got an 8BitDo retro IBM keyboard, but the spacebar broke, so I gotta send it back and get a new one, but it was great while it worked, so it's not in this video, and I got the 8BitDo retro mouse So altogether it's a proof of concept of a real vintage retro PC with internet and it works now My end goal is to make this into production and SELL it, not for money but more for fun because I think it should exist, just like Palmer Luckey's ModRetro Chromatic Gameboy-remake I'd go with something smaller than this 19" checkmate display though, it's great but too big for the Windows 3.11 era I think, more like 14" with a matching sized retro IBM-style keyboard and Windows 3.11 preinstalled (if legally allowed by Satya Nadella) with WiFi working out of the box We could also go with Windows 98/XP, because for me too Windows 3.11 was a very short time, so I too have vague memories of it, most of my computing memories is Windows 98/XP etc. Inside it could simply run on a Raspberry Pi 5 like here, which is easily powerful enough to run all of these OS'es I see many SF founders with Apple II's in their living room, and I guess cause Apple was more popular there back then, but in the rest of the world we were mostly IBM PCs and clones that ran Windows, so it's cool to have that as one retro object working with internet in your living room Anyway, step by step, we're here now 😊

This dish is called nurungji chicken, popular in Korea but I'm not sure if any restaurant sells it in the US. It's stuffed with sweet glutinous rice and chestnuts, dates, garlic (like samgyetang) and cooked over fire. I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika and smoked it for a few hours until it hit 165F internal. The sweet rice was soaked overnight but did not cook all the way through because of the lack of water, so I added some water on the hot stone and cooked for a few mins until it was done. Really enjoyed this one as you can tell. The smoked chicken with sweet rice paired with corn cheese and ramen was 👌😩
