Two things are true it’s not hard to dislike korra’s character. She won’t be for everybody and I don’t think they designed her to be likable. That’s not her job. She is still a great character, regardless of if I like her or not she is very well written

I dont know how some people that arent fucking fans at all can tell me about a show I watched when it came out. Tourists at their finest. Gatekeep people we need this assholes out of all fandoms.

The real reason why people hated korra so much was some honestly very bland and poor writing near the final seasons. everything felt so blah that people ended up just taking clips out of context and blaming korra the character, when it’s always been the writers fumbling.

That first clip always ruins me, Ive always seen it as she's also apologising that the last Avatar had to be her, and that Tenzin was stuck with that. It might be a reach cus its been a while since I rewatched TLOK but :((

Korra criticism is awful. As much as I love Korra, she obviously isn't perfect. But instead of using the actual flaws that exist in her character and show, most arguments are bullshit that doesn't make any real sense.
