Random Avatar Korra fact: Did you know Korra was the only Avatar to ever fight a man who could kill a spirit? Normally spirits cannot be killed they can only be trapped. Yet Unalaq mastered dark water bending to the point where he destroyed Raava herself He ended the entire Avatar cycle in one move and Korra still got up and defeated him after all of that. Tell me again why she is not the greatest Avatar???

Unpopular opinion about LOK: Korra was the first Avatar to break free from bloodbending without entering the Avatar State unlike Aang

That is not the breathtaking animated battle in Avatar, korra countered Amon blood bending without a full moon and her water bending ability Mind you Amon is far stronger than Hama just in case y’all forgot.

Korra is the First and Only Avatar to be dared by her opponent to use the avatar state in a fight and she still lost. Don't ever compare that fraud to Aang.

Well, now we know Korra wasn’t the first Avatar to open a Spirit Portal. Aang did it first. 🤌

🗣️ Aang took Yakone’s bending the second he threatened the courtroom. Why did Korra keep leaving dangerous people with their full power after they already tried to end the Avatar Cycle?

We read this correctly btw. The official avatar account themselves state the title directly refers to whatever the public believes Korra did in order to have that label be placed on avatars after her. Therefore Korra WAS the first avatar to be known as “humanity’s destroyer.”

First trailer for ‘AVATAR: SEVEN HAVENS.’ The series follows the next Avatar after Korra in a post-apocalyptic world where the Avatar is believed to be humanity’s destroyer rather than its savior. All 26 episodes stream on Paramount+ on October 29.

The symbolism here is beautiful - Korra bending the remaining poison to finally heal and move on from her trauma.

Unpopular opinion: Korra vanishing the spirit vine was energy bending, not spirit bending.
