🍬 With the internet buzzing over #Melody, it’s the perfect time to dive into the real star: Parle’s Melody Chocolaty Toffee. This humble Swadeshi toffee was an answer to foreign treats which has been delivering chocolatey joy since the 1980s and remains a childhood favorite for millions. 🍬 In the late 1920s, during the Swadeshi movement, a young tailor from Pardi near Valsad, Gujarat, arrived in Bombay with big dreams. His name was Mohanlal Dayal Chauhan. Tired of relying on imported sweets and biscuits, he decided to create something proudly Indian. In 1928–1929, Mohanlal bought an old, rusted factory (some accounts say it started in a simple shed or cowshed) in Vile Parle, Mumbai. He traveled to Germany, learned the art of confectionery, and brought back machinery worth a fortune ₹60,000 at the time. With just 12 workers and that German equipment, he set up the House of Parle. Their first products were simple sweets, toffees, and traditional Indian confections, an affordable swadeshi alternative to British treats. 🍬 Parle grew steadily. By 1939, they launched Parle Gluco biscuits (later the legendary Parle-G), which became a symbol of energy and affordability for a young nation. The Chauhan family, Mohanlal and his descendants turned this small operation into a confectionery powerhouse. 🍬 Fast forward to 1983, a pivotal year for Indian sweets. Real chocolate bars were still expensive luxuries. Parle’s team had a brilliant idea: Why not give every child in India the joy of chocolate without the high price? That’s when Melody was born, a revolutionary 2-in-1 toffee. It featured a soft, chewy caramel exterior with a rich chocolate filling inside. You could even see the chocolate from the side when bitten. Priced at just ₹1, it made chocolate accessible to millions, from big-city kids to small-town school canteens. 🍬 The product wasn’t just clever in taste and texture, it was a marketing masterpiece. Everest Advertising, led by creative Haresh Moorjani and copywriter Sulekha Bajpai, created one of India’s most iconic campaigns: “Melody itni chocolaty kyun hai?” (“Why is Melody so chocolaty?”) and The playful reply: “Melody khao, khud jaan jao!” (“Eat a Melody and find out yourself!”) 🍬 The ads showed curious kids, teachers, coaches, and even magicians asking the question. The jingle was catchy, the curiosity irresistible. It ran for decades, turning Melody into a cultural icon. The campaign cleverly highlighted the extra chocolate experience without direct comparisons pure genius that sowed seeds of FOMO long before social media. 🍬 From glass jars in every kirana store to sticker collections on wrappers, Melody became woven into Indian childhoods birthdays, rainy days, school breaks, and nostalgic bites. With honorable PM #NarendraModi and PM #GiorgiaMeloni Melody memes flooding the internet, the toffee’s legacy shines brighter than ever. 🍬 Parle continues to produce it with love: caramel outside, chocolate inside, vegetarian, and true to its roots. Mohanlal Dayal Chauhan started with a tailor’s determination and a handful of workers. What he built became a sweet empire that still delivers joy, one toffee at a time. This isn’t just candy. It’s a piece of Indian entrepreneurial history, swadeshi spirit, and pure childhood magic.

i don't think most people even comprehend how far AI has come in just the last year we went from 6 fingers, weird artifacts, and robotic voices to being able to become a full time youtuber without ever touching a camera full prompt: CAMERA: Handheld DV 16mm daily vlog footage. The video MUST begin with her holding the camera at arm's length in selfie mode, speaking directly to the lens while casually walking through the gym. The first 20–30 seconds are entirely handheld. Only later does she occasionally place the camera on a dumbbell rack, adjustable bench, stretching mat, gym bag, or water bottle for wider shots. Keep subtle handheld shake, drifting composition, autofocus hunting, rushed reframing, uneven zooms, exposure breathing, brief accidental face cropping, and imperfect framing throughout. The camera itself is never visible. LOOK: Warm analog tape texture with gentle film grain, slightly softened sharpness, subtle halation around overhead lights, realistic skin tones, low contrast, tiny exposure shifts, and natural motion blur. The footage should feel authentic and completely unstaged, like a real creator documenting her workout. STYLE: An intimate daily fitness vlog filmed in a mostly empty boutique gym. Casual, relaxed, and conversational. Small laughs, pauses, fixing her ponytail, wiping sweat with her towel, catching her breath, looking away while thinking, and talking naturally to the audience instead of delivering lines. **She speaks in short, natural sentences with frequent pauses. Never rush dialogue. Leave quiet moments between lines.** CHARACTER: A beautiful white blonde fitness creator in her early 20s. Long blonde hair tied into a loose ponytail, blue eyes, glowing skin, and a slim athletic figure. She wears a fitted black long-sleeve workout top, high-waisted black leggings, white socks, white sneakers, and a white towel loosely resting around her neck. SETTING: A modern boutique gym late in the evening. Dumbbell racks, kettlebells, medicine balls, mirrors, benches, stretching mats, resistance bands, a gym bag, shaker bottle, and warm overhead lighting. The gym is almost empty with only one or two people blurred in the distant background. SCENES: The vlog opens in selfie mode. She is holding the camera at arm's length while slowly walking through the dumbbell area, smiling naturally. "...okay." "I definitely earned dinner." She laughs quietly and adjusts the towel around her neck. "I almost skipped today." She briefly turns the camera toward the nearly empty gym before pointing it back at herself. "Glad I came." Still holding the camera, she walks toward the stretching area. "My legs are done." She places the camera on a nearby bench for a wider angle and sits down on a stretching mat. She stretches one leg and takes a deep breath. "I really need to stretch more." She smiles to herself. She switches sides and rolls one shoulder. "Tomorrow's gonna hurt." She picks the camera back up and walks toward her gym bag. She kneels beside it, pulls out a protein shake, and takes a sip. "...that's actually good." She laughs. The camera sits on top of the gym bag while she packs away her towel, headphones, and lifting straps. "Worth it." She throws the bag over one shoulder and picks the camera back up. Walking toward the exit in selfie mode, she smiles into the lens. "See you next workout." She gives the camera a small wave before ending the recording.

This is for a girl with a pure soul and a huge heart 💔 she just wanted to dance. Naomie Aliza Bikhar, 23 A French-Israeli citizen She was murdered by Hamas terrorists at the Supernova music festival on Oct 7. This is her story: She attended the rave alongside her boyfriend, Oz Ezra, who was also slain that day. The pair tried to flee the onslaught of terrorists, and Oz was shot in the shoulder but continued to run for safety. At the Shaar Hanegev junction, Naomie was killed by a group of terrorists while on a video call with her friends. She was buried in Ashdod on October 9. She is survived by her mother, Simona, and her siblings Livnat, David, Noa and Aviv. Born in France, she and her family moved to Israel when she was 13, following the death of her father, Jacky, according to a eulogy posted on the Ashdod municipal website. The family settled in Ashdod, where she attended religious schools After finishing school, Naomie followed her older sister Livnat into the world of cosmetology, after years of practicing on her friends. Her family said she loved to travel, loved parties and raves — where she met Oz — and was always singing and dancing. Her childhood friend, Eliahu Cohen, wrote on Instagram that he wanted to thank Naomie “for being a huge part of my life, not a day went by when we wouldn’t meet up and spend time together, there wasn’t a day when you didn’t make me laugh so hard it hurt.” Eliahu wrote that he misses “arguing with you about songs” in the car, getting coffee together, how she would send him his horoscope every morning. “Thank you for turning everywhere we went into one big adventure, from Mexico to Greece or even just going to the mall,” he added. “Thank you for lighting up my life and always giving me the best advice, thank you for always lifting my spirits with your crazy joy for life, that you had until your last moments. Thanks for all the times when I needed you and you showed up for me.” Naomie’s mother, Simona, wrote that she was “memorializing you at every opportunity. Thanks to you I was privileged to have a girl with a pure soul, a huge heart, always loved to help others. You’d always bring all your friends over and style them and do their hair and makeup — it was so important to you that others had more than you.” “You are so very missed… my Nono, mom loves you and misses you, and every day I thank God for giving you to me for 23 years.” May Naomie’s memory forever be a blessing 🕯️

Claude Monet painted the same stretch of cliff more than ninety times. The place is Étretat, a small fishing village on the coast of Normandy, where the chalk cliffs fall into the sea in great arches and a single spire of rock, the Aiguille, stands alone in the water. Monet had known the place since childhood. He grew up in Normandy, and these cliffs were among the first landscapes he ever saw... He returned to paint them again and again. He worked through the 1880s in front of the same rock formations, and across that time he produced more than ninety canvases of them: the cliffs at dawn, at sunset, under storm, under calm, in winter light and in the gold of a clear evening. In his letters to Alice, the woman he would later marry, he described the agony of it: the weather turning, the tide rising, the sun moving, the colour he had begun to capture vanishing before he could finish. He often worked on several canvases at once, switching between them as the conditions changed, racing each one against the hour. In a letter to his friend Frédéric Bazille he wrote: "It is beautiful here in Etretat. Every day I discover even more beautiful things. It is intoxicating me, and I want to paint it all, my head is bursting. I want to fight, scratch it off, start again, because I start to see and understand. It seems to me as if I can see nature and I can catch it all." The cliffs of Étretat had stood for millions of years and would look, to most people, the same on any given day. Monet saw that they were never the same even for two minutes. He stood on that shore and tried to hold, on canvas, something that exists only for an instant and then is gone forever. And that's exactly what those paintings really are: 90 attempts to keep a single, vanishing moment of light from disappearing. As Dylan Thomas once wrote: "Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light." -- -- -- If you want a deeper dive into the craft of painting, I recently wrote a piece exploring it in detail. You can read it here: And if you'd like to support my work, a paid subscription is what makes it possible:

Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfield AI The quality and creative control here are incredible. This feels much closer to real music video production than ever before. Full open-sourced prompts & assets below: @ Image1 is the lead performer — preserve her exact identity in every shot: cornrow braids, septum ring, statement earrings, sculptural glossy white wrapped top, dark indigo denim. @ Audio1 is the music track — entire edit cut to it; no invented music, no voiceover, no lip-sync. Music-video route: dance/performance, brutalist stage show. Track: industrial hip-hop, 95 BPM half-time, distorted 808s, luxury-noir. Director thesis: architecture as choreography — dancers staged on concrete plinths at different heights, a human sculpture garden that activates around the lead. Visual world: brutalist concrete atrium with massive raw concrete plinths and steps at staggered heights, shafts of cold daylight from a skylight, dust motes in the light shafts, dark shadow pockets. Background dancers: 6 dancers in oatmeal and bone-toned knitwear and tailoring, sculptural silhouettes, like museum figures. Palette: bone, oatmeal, concrete grey, deep indigo accent on the lead. No neon, no particles beyond natural dust. Cut map synced to @ Audio1: 0.0–2.0s THE BREATH — static ultra-wide symmetrical: six dancers frozen in sculptural poses on six plinths at different heights, the lead standing on the floor at center like a visitor. Total stillness, museum silence. 2.0s THE DROP — 808 kick: every statue snaps into a new pose simultaneously on the hit, heads turning to her; hard cut to a fast push-in on the lead. 2.0–4.0s she struts between the plinths, camera tracking laterally through foreground columns creating parallax wipes; on each kick one statue above her snaps a new angular pose. 4.0s snare — whip-pan: full freeze, she hits a profile vogue arm frame between two plinths, statues frozen mid-rotation above. 4.0–8.0s sculpture canon: her sharp head isolations and New Way vogue lines on the snares trigger cascading pose-changes across the plinths, a mechanical wave of bodies jumping pose to pose like stop-motion statues; torso rolls on the 808 slides travel up the plinth heights from low to high. Camera slowly cranes upward through the atrium. 8.0s hi-hat triple roll — 3 rapid macro inserts: her earring in a light shaft, a dancer's hand rotating on a plinth edge, dust exploding off concrete as a boot lands. 8.5–12.0s escalation: accelerating orbital-crane move spiraling around the whole sculpture garden as all six dancers now move continuously in their own orbits on the plinths, her arm work at the center speeding up; speed-ramp stretch then snap back on the kick. 12.0s bass slide — the dancers step down off the plinths in unison and sink into deep lunges around her as she glides through a sideways level drop, camera dutch and low across the floor. 13.5–15.0s FINAL BUTTON — hard cut to the opening ultra-wide: she now stands ON the tallest central plinth in a frozen vogue pose one arm high, the six dancers frozen as statues on the floor below looking up; micro push-in, hold. Loopable. Performance rules: lead stoic, dominant; dancers precise, sculptural, expressionless. Continuity: same seven people, same wardrobe, same atrium. Audio intent: every cut and pose-snap on a hit of @ Audio1; faint foley only (steps, fabric, room tone). Quality bar: expensive editorial music video, museum-grade art direction, no AI gloss, no glow.

In my class, I teach the autoencoder by asking everyone to stand up. 🙆 Stretch your arms out wide. Imagine you are holding a heavy textbook (like Introduction to Algorithms by Prof. Cormen), the whole thing, every page. Now bring your hands slowly together until they almost touch your neck. The bottle "neck." The final exam is tomorrow and you are allowed one cheat sheet: whatever you can scribble on your palm. All nine hundred pages have to survive the squeeze. That is the encoder. Now imagine you sit in the exam. Push your arms back out to where they started. You try to rebuild the textbook from your palm notes. That is the decoder. Of course you cannot get every page back. What you get back is what mattered enough to write down, and the gap between the two is the loss the network is trying to shrink. I call it AI by Arms 🙆. It gets a laugh, and then it gets remembered. Goal: squeeze four numbers down to two, then rebuild the original four from them. 1. Given Let us start with four training examples: X1, X2, X3, X4. 2. Auto (copy to targets) We copy the training examples straight into the targets. That is the whole trick behind the name: "auto" is Greek for "self", and the data is its own label. 3. Encoder, layer 1 Let us multiply the inputs by the weights, add the biases, and apply ReLU. Negative values get crossed out and become zero. 4. Encoder, layer 2 (the bottleneck) We do it again, and now the four dimensions have become two. This layer is called the bottleneck, because everything has to fit through it. 5. Decoder, layer 1 Let us go back the other way: multiply, add, ReLU. This time there are no negatives to cross out. 6. Decoder, layer 2 We multiply once more and get the outputs Y. This is the decoder's attempt to rebuild the four original numbers from the two it was given. 7. MSE loss gradients Let us compare Y with the targets Y'. The gradient is 2 x (Y - Y'): subtract, then double. Those gradients kick off backpropagation, and the weights start to learn. Your entire education is all about encoding and decoding!

Goodbye, Pearl My heart is still somewhere out in that driveway, laid out flat like it just got the Holy Ghost and passed clean out. Today, I had to say goodbye to Pearl. Now Pearl wasn’t just an SUV. Pearl was my last rolling piece of freedom. She was my pre-ALS independence sitting on four tires. She was my “I’ll be right back” machine. My “let me run to the store” chariot. My “I don’t need nobody to take me nowhere” declaration with leather seats and a clean paint job. And today… she left me on the back of a tow truck like she was being taken to glory. That hurt. The last time I sat behind Pearl’s steering wheel, ALS made something painfully clear. I was sitting at a red light, needing to make a simple right turn. Simple for everybody else. But my arms said, “Oh no, we don’t do that anymore.” Cars behind me started blowing their horns like they were in the Indy 500 and I was holding up qualifying. I’m sitting there sweating, praying, negotiating with my limbs like, “C’mon y’all, just one more turn. ONE.” I wanted to yell, “Y’all better be glad I can’t get out this truck!” But truth was, I was scared. For the first time in my life, I knew I was not safe behind that wheel. Somehow, I used my legs to help force that turn, then drove home with fear sitting in the passenger seat. When I pulled into the driveway and climbed down out of Pearl, I knew. That was it. I dragged myself into the house and told Tanja my heart was broken. I wasn’t just giving up driving. I was giving up another piece of the man I used to be. So Pearl sat in the driveway for ten years, looking like a museum exhibit titled, “Before ALS Had the Nerve.” My girls used her sparingly—very sparingly after Sydney forgot to stop at a stop sign and introduced Pearl’s front bumper to somebody else’s rear end. After that, Pearl went into semi-retirement. Family members would ask, “Can I borrow the truck?” And I’d be sitting there thinking, “Borrow? That’s Pearl. That’s not a truck. That’s family.” But Pearl started coming back with scratches nobody knew about, “Not me.” “Wasn’t there before.” “I don’t remember.” And don’t get me started on the gas tank. I’d hand her over full, she’d come back thirstier than a man in the desert. Apparently, Pearl had been traveling with witnesses who all suffered from sudden memory loss. So today… I kissed her goodbye. Literally. Leaned in, pressed my forehead to hers, and whispered, “Thank you.” Watching her get winched up onto that tow truck felt like watching my past drive away without even turning around to wave. And when that tow truck pulled away, I laughed a little. Then I hurt a lot. Because sometimes letting go isn’t about the thing itself. It’s about what that thing represented. Pearl was freedom. Pearl was strength. Pearl was before. But even as she rolled away, I reminded myself: ALS may have taken the keys, but it never took my memories. It never took my gratitude. And it sure didn’t take my ability to laugh through tears. So goodbye, Pearl. You were loved. You were loyal. And Lord knows… you were patient with my family. Now let me go sit down before I start ugly crying like Tanja did over that Mercedes.

Yesterday at 3 AM Claude Code called me I woke up, picked up the phone, and on the screen was a message: "Wallet entered BTC Up at 11 cents. Open Polymarket?" I said yes and went back to sleep Claude Code unlocked my 2nd phone on its own, opened Polymarket, found the right market, entered the amount, and hit Buy. I could see all of it in real time through the web interface on my laptop. Screenshots from the phone updating every second. By morning the position closed in profit Let me tell you how I got here A week ago I asked Claude Code to write a script that pulls on-chain data from Polymarket and ranks wallets by win rate on 15-minute BTC markets In 20 minutes I had a table with hundreds of addresses, and 1 of them stood apart from the rest. More than 200 trades per day, surgical entry precision, and a profit curve going straight up I fed that address back into Claude Code and asked it to break down the strategy. Turns out the wallet monitors BTC volatility on Binance and Bybit every 100 milliseconds, and when it drops below 0.08% it enters Up and Down simultaneously at 25 to 35 cents A pure straddle: 1 side burns and the other flies to a dollar, giving 3 to 4x per position. Dozens of times a day I wanted to follow it but signals came at any hour, and waking up every 15 minutes for a notification was simply impossible. So I built something else Took an old Android phone and installed an agent running on the Qwen3-VL visual model. It sees what is happening on the screen and mimics human actions through ADB: taps, swipes, text input. Then I connected it to Claude Code as the executor Now the chain works like this: Claude Code monitors the wallet, sees a new position, calls me. And if I say "yes" or just do not pick up within 30 seconds, the agent on the phone opens Polymarket on its own and copies the entry Essentially I built myself an autopilot out of 2 AI systems: 1 thinks and the other presses buttons. I just sleep and occasionally pick up the phone → Here is the wallet the whole thing is tracking: For those who do not want to build a setup like this there is a Telegram bot that handles the 1st part: tracks this wallet and sends a signal on every new entry: AI calls me at 3 AM to ask permission to spend my money A year ago this would have sounded like schizophrenia. Now it is just Tuesday

Strength work for Leadville 100 💪 Over the years, I have felt judged by the research--my strength routines were limited to a few minutes at a time, while everyone was screaming at me from their Abstracts that I needed to do way more. I noticed two big problems whenever I committed to more resistance training: 1. I'd carry around soreness even after the initial adaptation window, likely corresponding to high CK levels and some background inflammation. Either way, it would reduce running economy on subsequent running training days, and every training day counts. Split squats are the ultimate offender--an exercise that I know I should be doing, but I can't without feeling like Forrest Gump after he was shot in the butt. 2. I just wouldn't do it. Oops. With lots of guessing and testing, I developed this routine, which I'd do after my easy run on Sunday (before a Monday rest day), and sometimes after my workout on Wednesday (if I felt like it): 1. Three Minute Mountain Legs, working up to 100 single-leg step-ups (I think step-ups in particular are a magic exercise for running uphill. But remember, magic is not equal to science): 2. Back squats, 2 sets of 10 (135 pounds for me, which I make look like 800 pounds in this video. The 17-year old me who played football would laugh so hard) 3. Back extensions, 2 sets of 30, engaging glutes and hamstrings 4. Single-leg calf raises, 1 set of 100 on each leg, with a 35 pound dumbbell 5. Every day, I do the 2-minute Core Snack routine 1-3 times. My core strength is one of my best attributes for ultras, and I can do the Core Snack with our toddler Leo. I also do daily band work before running (bandz a make me dance): That's it! I also foam roll and stretch daily (don't tell the researchers, but I am a tight boi and as soon as I stop stretching, I get hurt). The lesson is not to do this particular routine, but that strength training for runners can be based on individual needs. And I personally think that routines should be short and efficient for both performance (limiting breakdown) and adherence (limiting me from being a lazy little punk). Find what works for you, do it 1-2 times per week year round (on top of some daily supportive work), and don't feel the need to pursue progressive overload. It's not about getting stronger and stronger (unless you're into that sort of thing for its own sake, which I think will sacrifice some running growth). It's about supporting performance and health 🧡

Camera: Physical cine lens. 180° shutter motion blur. Skin: Pore-level realism — vellus hair, asymmetric moles, capillary flush, pore-shadow matching on-set light. Acting: Hollywood — micro-pauses before reactions, precise eye-line, wet living eyes with catch-lights, visible breath and chest rise. Continuity: Characters, props, environment identical across every cut. No identity drift. Technical: 24fps smooth motion. 8K detail. No jitter. Audio: Environmental SFX only. No music. No subtitles. SUBJECT — >>, character matches input 100%, >> can in right hand. By end fully transformed into >> — armor assembled mid-air in real-time, >> matches input 100%. WB 6500K. MULTISHOT — fast cinematic cutting, escalating energy across the full 15s. LOCATION — >> is a STYLE REFERENCE ONLY, not a fixed keyframe. Use it for the look, mood, architecture and lighting of the environment — a deserted NYC-type avenue in hard midday sun. Seedance should freely generate and extend the world: new buildings, new stretches of avenue, fresh camera angles. The character TRAVELS through space across the shots — he is NOT pinned to the exact spot or framing of the input image. Do not reproduce the reference frame 1:1. ACTION — SHOT 1 (0:00–0:02) — EXTREME CLOSE, chin to forehead. >> raises >> to lips, deep pull. Adam's apple descends then rises twice. Hard cut. SHOT 2 (0:02–0:04) — Same close framing. Can lowers fast. Eyes snap open, sharp and alert (natural skin and iris detail, no glow). Zygomaticus major fires — wide genuine grin builds in under a second, 2mm to 8mm at mouth corners. Sternum rises with a full deep inhale. He is electric. Hard cut. SHOT 3 (0:04–0:06) — WIDE, low. >> EXPLODES forward into a sprint at 30 km/h, continuing in the SAME direction he was already facing — straight ahead down the avenue, NOT turning around. First strides — sneakers slam cracked asphalt, dust puffs eject 10cm. Hard cut. SHOT 4 (0:06–0:08) — Tracking the sprint. Arms drive at 90°, track jacket trails 15cm, grin held, brow raised, jaw relaxed open. Stride extends, ground contacts shorten. Building speed. Hard cut. SHOT 5 (0:08–0:10) — Final two strides, knees compress to 110°. Right foot drives into asphalt — surface fractures 20cm radius. He LAUNCHES upward at 65 km/h. Hard cut. SHOT 6 (0:10–0:13) — Mid-air in the >> building canyon, 24fps FULL SPEED, NO slow-motion. He is NOT frozen — his whole body keeps moving through the jump: torso rotates, legs cycle and tuck, arms swing out and reach, head turns to track the incoming armor. As he flies and twists through the air, armor pieces rip in from the city geometry and converge onto his moving body — chest plate LOCKS mid-rotation, pauldrons CLAMP as his shoulders swing, gauntlets SNAP onto forearms while his arms extend, shin plates clamp onto cycling legs, helmet descends and visor SLAMS shut as his head turns forward — one violent fluid sequence, body in constant motion throughout. Sharp metallic CRACK at visor seal. Hard cut. SHOT 7 (0:13–0:15) — >> SLAMS into >> in a hard crouch, both armored feet hit asphalt simultaneously, dust ring erupts 80cm. He rises, snaps gauntleted fists open and shut — left then right — glances down at the chest plate. Muffled laugh from behind the sealed visor. Hard cut to black. CAMERA — SUPER-DYNAMIC HANDHELD, never static, never locked off. Strong aggressive operator shake on every shot — 4–8cm bounce, organic human jitter, no stabilization. Pronounced DUTCH ANGLE throughout — frame canted 12–20° and shifting between shots, tilting harder as energy builds. SHOT 1: FOV 18° extreme close, hard dutch 15°, violent micro-shake. SHOT 2: FOV 18°, dutch flips to opposite side ~18°, jittery. SHOT 3: FOV 84° low, dutch 12°, whip into the sprint. SHOT 4: FOV 84°, camera physically chasing the run, dutch 16°, heavy stride bounce, motion blur on pans. SHOT 5: FOV 63°, dutch 20°, snap-tilt up tracking the launch. SHOT 6: FOV 63°, AGGRESSIVE HANDHELD CAMERA MOVEMENT — operator arcs and swings around the airborne body, 6–8cm bounce, fast reframes chasing each armor piece as it locks onto his moving form, strong DUTCH ANGLE swinging 18°→8°, no slow-mo. SHOT 7: FOV 63°, hard jolt on landing impact, dutch 14°, camera recoils 8cm then keeps breathing on the suit inspection. STYLE — Dominant: bleached asphalt grey and building canyon 60%. Secondary: navy/cream outfit transitioning to chrome armor 30%. Accent: grin, dust, chrome flash and visor LED blue on landing 10%. WB 6500K. NO glowing eyes — eyes lit by natural sunlight only. CONSTRAINTS — Cut to black at end. 16:9. MULTISHOT with hard cuts per the timecodes above. NO slow-motion anywhere — everything 24fps full speed, especially the transformation. Camera always handheld with strong shake and dutch angle — NEVER static or locked. NO eye glow. >> is a reference for style only — do NOT lock to the input frame or keep him in the same spot; the world extends and he moves through it. Grin must be fully established before the sprint begins.

A new wave of protests is underway in Iran, a strategic partner of Russia. They started in late December 2025 and quickly became the most significant in several years. This time, the initial driving force has not primarily been cultural or human rights slogans such as "Woman, Life, Freedom" (as in 2022), but rather an economic shock. People are joining the protests because of rapid impoverishment, price increase, and a growing sense that the state has lost control over basic economic rules. The main trigger is a currency collapse. On the "open" (effectively parallel) market in late December, the US dollar was valued at roughly 1.39-1.42 million rials, while inflation in December reached over 40% in some estimates. For ordinary families, this means one simple thing: wages and savings are losing value faster than people can adapt, and basic purchases are becoming increasingly unaffordable. The protests were the largest in Tehran, particularly in commercial districts linked to major markets and urban trade. Notably, a key form of pressure has been not only street demonstrations but also merchants’ strikes - mass shop closures and an effective shutdown of trade. Such actions are harder to neutralize through targeted arrests, as they immediately affect urban life and the economy. Within days, the protest wave started spreading to other cities and reached parts of the university sector as well. Students and young people have taken up economic demands and quickly moved on to political questions about the accountability of those in power. The authorities’ response has been mixed. On the one hand, the government has publicly spoken of readiness for dialogue with representatives of the protesters and the trading community. On the other hand, reports from the ground indicate coercive containment measures: arrests, dispersals, and crackdowns. In several provinces, deaths and injuries have already been reported. The figures vary across sources, which is typical for Iran due to information restrictions, but the very fact of fatalities during clashes has been confirmed by several major media outlets. What makes this wave of protests particularly risky for the regime is that it rests on the urban economic base: small and medium-sized businesses, commerce, and the "bazaar." Even if these groups have not always been at the forefront of political protests, they serve as a sensitive barometer of legitimacy. When the "bazaar" shuts down, it signals not only discontent, but also doubt about the state’s ability to maintain basic order. Alongside the internal crisis, external risks are also mounting. Sanctions continue to narrow Iran’s financial and technological room for maneuver, while signals are emerging in the media about the possibility of a new round of coercive pressure on Iran in 2026 - particularly following discussions within the Israel-US-Iran triangle. ❓ What could come next? Four trajectories appear most realistic, and they may even overlap. ▪️ First, controlled de-escalation: the authorities attempt to "cool things down" through targeted economic measures and negotiations with the trading community. This would work only if the exchange rate and prices stabilize. ▪️ Second, wave-like protests: smaller in scale but more frequent and more radical, with repeated flare-ups across different cities and sectors. ▪️ Third, harsh repression: a tightening of the security apparatus and severe sentences, which may temporarily suppress mobilization but typically accumulate deferred anger. ▪️ Fourth, external escalation: which could either temporarily shift the domestic agenda or, conversely, sharply worsen economic conditions and bring people back onto the streets even faster. ‼️ Iran is one of Russia’s authoritarian partners, which raises a logical question: what consequences could the current crisis have for Russian-Iranian relations? If the situation in Iran deteriorates but the regime as a whole survives, the partnership with Russia is likely to be preserved or even strengthened. For Tehran, Moscow remains one of the few major partners available under sanctions and diplomatic isolation; for Moscow, Iran is an important component of its "anti-sanctions" infrastructure and political rear. In the short term, this is unlikely to significantly weaken Russia’s position. The most critical military component for Russia - the Shahed/Geran drone line - has already been largely integrated into Russian domestic production, meaning that a direct disruption of Iranian supplies would probably not be a turning point. More tangible risks for Russia emerge in the medium term if Iran enters a phase of governance paralysis or prolonged instability that undermines its ability to honor agreements. In that case, logistics and infrastructure projects would be hit first - especially those Russia views as alternative sanction-era routes, including the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its critical segments. In such a scenario, Moscow would lose the Iranian vector for trade and transit and would face a less predictable partner in technology transfers and financial settlements. The most ambiguous scenario is one in which Iran’s deterioration is linked to a new external escalation (strikes or war). The effects for Russia could be mixed: on the one hand, heightened risks in the Persian Gulf often push oil prices higher, potentially boosting Russian oil revenues; on the other hand, war increases the likelihood of tighter sanctions enforcement and maritime controls, complicating both Iranian and Russian sanction-evasion schemes and disrupting logistics. In other words, "deterioration in Iran" does not guarantee a weakening of Russia, but it does increase environmental instability. Moscow may gain from higher energy prices, but lose in terms of partner predictability and transport capacity. ‼️ Russia’s position would weaken most sharply in a scenario where a new leadership in Tehran moves toward normalization with the West or at least distances itself from Moscow. In that case, the entire "anti-sanctions" framework - financial settlements, technological cooperation, and joint projects - would come under pressure, including the North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) and its key Rasht-Astara segment, in which Russia is investing both financially and politically. For Russia, this would mean the loss of an important (though not the only) route and partner infrastructure in the region. While the purely military Shahed/Geran component may be somewhat less critical due to partial localization of production inside Russia, Iran’s political and logistical value as a partner would nonetheless diminish.

The “I never wanted any of this to be public or content” Myth I never wanted any of this to come out. Except I actually mean that. It’s embarrassing, it’s trashy, and it’s the opposite of how I want to present myself publicly. I stayed silent for months while lie after lie was spun about me behind the scenes because I didn’t want to air private, messy moments from a relationship I genuinely cared about. I stayed silent out of fear, because I was told no one would believe me because he would be blindly believed on his large platform. In one of our very last conversations before I blocked him everywhere mid-October, he threatened to do a show on me, contact my employer, and “turn me into the next Lindsey”. Why? Because I didn’t want to continue apologizing to him for the 300th time about venting to someone I thought was a friend. I stayed silent because of these threats. But after Wednesday, after Chelsea posted the private video Aidan gave her, (the same one he threatened me with directly back on 10/2), and after the gaslighting posts yesterday, I don’t have a choice anymore. So here is the timeline. Here are the receipts. Here is what actually happened. September-October 2025- I Stayed Silent Through Months of Smear Campaigns For months, several creators repeated the same false narrative that “Aidan never said a bad word about Meredith.” Jess. Glarer. Auntie Deb. Kim. Ray from Dallas. Others. Meanwhile, Aidan was: • Badmouthing me privately and encouraging others to do so publicly, • Texting Joe “Flipperhead” entire paragraphs trashing me, • Aidan knew Joe would leak them (and even bragged on a stream that he did exactly that so he’d leak them), • Sending Jess Machado after me for months on her large platform, • Directing people behind the scenes to paint me as a villain. • Sending random people who supported me DMs to change their mind (yes Aidan, not everyone is fooled by your bullshit and they came right to me). I ignored all of it. I said nothing. I stayed silent through daily lies because I didn’t want to call more attention to it or face Aidan’s wrath. November 2025 -The Rumors About “March 4”, Joe Flipperhead Flips to Team Aidan Aidan texted Joe his entire made-up version weeks ago. Joe circulated those texts on purpose. Joe threatened me with posting a video montage of mine and Aidan’s private texts. Joe is a pussy so he eventually had Kristy post it for him. Creators discussed it publicly without me ever responding. I STILL didn’t defend myself. November 26-27, 2025- Ratchet Chelsea: The Full 48 Hour Meltdown 11/26/25- The Unprovoked Attack & The March 4 Video On Tuesday night, Chelsea came out of nowhere and launched herself straight at me, accusing me of all kinds of conspiracies from harassment to the horrific crime of sending a friend request, which is explained in vivid detail in the below post (she’s since gone somewhat viral, love this for her!) She spent the next 24 hours thoroughly embarrassing herself and the moment anyone challenged her story even slightly, she did what she always does: she imploded. Her accusations spiraled into her posting the March 4 video. On 11/26/25 at 11:08 PM, Chelsea posted the first clip–a blanket, context-less snippet of me drunk saying something I immediately apologized for the next morning. At 11:50 PM, I responded because at that point, I had no choice. 11/27/25-The Gaslighting & 9-Minute Backpedal Then yesterday, Aidan tried to save face by posting that he “didn’t want the video to be public.” And like clockwork, nine minutes later, Chelsea came charging into the comments like a Temu-sponsored bat out of hell, scrambling to apologize, trying to rewrite reality so it looked like he didn’t send her to do it. It was panicked, sloppy damage control. An amateur quality cover-up attempt that only made it more obvious how coordinated this all was. She wasn’t apologizing because she grew a conscience. She was apologizing because she got caught doing exactly what she’d been primed to do. I wonder if Aidan called her “you should’ve waited at least 20 minutes, dumbass!!!”. Not too bright that Chelsea. I can only imagine the regrets he must have for utilizing someone with the IQ of a pencil to do his dirty work. The Coordination Between Aidan & Chelsea Is Obvious Chelsea had virtually NO followers Wednesday morning. Aidan was one of the first. We’re supposed to believe someone with 150k followers just stumbled on an account that starts posting HIS private messages and HIS private videos? Kk. Aidan commented on her posts that same day, clearly encouraging it. She confirmed in my DMs back on 11/6 that she and Aidan were aligned. And she literally wrote at 4:04 AM that she had “proof,” videos & screenshots she would release if I didn’t “stop calling” her, calls she still hasn’t produced a single shred of proof of. Then yesterday within 9 minutes of his post, she writes: “Sorry for going rogue, Aidan, I hope you don’t hate my guts.” Going rogue? From WHAT? Who gave you the material in the first place? The coordination is obvious to anyone with functioning brain cells. The “I never wanted this public” lie Aidan’s post yesterday claimed he “never wanted this to be public.” If this were true, why did he instruct Chelsea to post it? Why did he share it with Jess Machado to threaten me with for the last month? Why did he share it with Joe Flipperhead, and God knows who else? If he didn’t want it public, he wouldn’t have shared it with anyone, let alone the girl I caught him cheating with. The timeline is clear– Chelsea posted a video at 11:08 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, I responded at 11:50 out of self defense. He leaked first. He escalated first. He weaponized it first. Trying to rewrite that now is gaslighting, pure and simple. He's been lighting matches behind the scenes for months, praying for this to go public. The “Meredith accused him of abuse” narrative is FALSE My actions tell the truth: • I never went to police. • I never filed anything. • I never told anyone he hit me. • I never repeated it. • I apologized the next day. • We stayed together for FOUR more months after that night. • He called me 100+ times some days, even indicating he’d end his life if we broke up. If he believed I was “dangerous,” his actions would have said that. They didn’t. The only reason this is public now is because HE leaked it. Actions > drunk slurred words said because a camera was shoved in my face when I asked him repeatedly to stop filming and to leave. The Wilbur Theatre Rumors—Let’s get petty for a second. This is another topic I’m cringing at discussing but we can thank Aidan for since he shared our sexual messages with Joe Flipperhead. And since some people (Auntie Deb, sweetie, this means you) insist on pushing their Dollar Store fan-fiction about the Wilbur Theatre night, let’s actually walk through what happened, using facts instead of whatever drug-induced hallucinations you’ve been spinning this week. The rumor goes like this- I was “mad at Aidan because we didn’t hook up,” and to “prove” it, they trot out a cherry-picked text where I said I wanted to hook up, he didn’t answer, and the next morning I said I was drunk and sorry. And somehow this has been spun into me being desperate, obsessed, or pining like a background character in a teenage soap opera. Adorable. Wrong, but adorable. Here’s the real plot twist-Aidan and I had already been together literally two days earlier, and shocker-that was initiated by him, not me. I didn’t just “show up at the Wilbur”. He invited me to come to the after party at Encore knowing I had a wedding earlier in the night. I wanted to see my friends there who I actually met to go with. This wasn’t a surprise, it was planned ahead of time. The “I was drunk, sorry” message wasn’t heartbreak. It wasn’t longing. It was me politely tapping the brakes because I didn’t even want to entertain whatever bad path it could lead us back down. And then? He texted me asking about my brother’s wedding, how I am, etc. I ignored him for a full week. Until I had no choice but to speak to him about MereNeill. That silence, from me, is what triggered his latest meltdown. Not mine. His. So no, Auntie Deb, your version isn’t “a different perspective.” It’s just wrong. Like wildly, hilariously, not-even-in-the-ballpark wrong. But sure, keep spinning fanfic if it makes your livestreams feel more exciting. I realize it’s probably been awhile since you’ve had any action since you’ve let yourself go so badly, so you live vicariously through others. Recap For MONTHS I ignored: • the texts he sent Joe to leak • the smear campaign • the creators parroting lies • the behind-the-scenes messages • the insinuations I hacked him and even shared revenge porn • the constant coordinated attacks • the threats of “turning me into the next Lindsey” • his warning that everyone would believe him because of his platform • the threats to contact my employer I didn’t clap back, didn’t retaliate, didn’t respond. But Wednesday, when Chelsea dumped the video he gave her, the same video she threatened weeks ago to drop, AND he posted pretending he didn’t want this all out? That was the line. They chose the nuclear option. Now I’m responding with facts in pure self-defense. Conclusion/Message for Temu Storm This entire mess could have stayed private. I wanted it to stay private. But when someone leaks your private moments, lies about your intentions, weaponizes your past, and coordinates an online attack, you either let the false narrative stand or you defend yourself. I’m choosing to defend myself with receipts, not gossip. With timelines, not “he said.” With evidence, not weaponized drunk clips. And then there’s Aidan’s favorite delusion. The claim that I was ‘working with Karen behind the scenes’ or ‘conspiring with her to get him in trouble for the recording.’ That could not be further from the truth. I didn’t even know he had recorded her until after she already knew about it herself. I wasn’t working with her, plotting with her, or communicating with her about it. She and I have always been friendly, but we didn’t even discuss the recording until it started leaking and Joe Flipperhead went feral on Twitter. Meanwhile, Aidan spent weeks screaming at me, accusing me of being some kind of secret double agent, like he was trying to create the betrayal he was terrified of. Almost a self-fulfilling prophecy. And here’s the reality: in the last few weeks, after he’s gone fully scorched earth on me, I have talked to her, and I support her 100%. The things he’s done to her over the past couple years, and the way he twisted it all for his followers, is the exact same manipulation I lived through. I’m not going into her details because that’s her story to tell… but let’s just say I have a feeling you’ll be hearing it sooner rather than later. And since this week has apparently become “Let’s All Fixate on Meredith Week,” let me address the content-creator sideshow, too. Some of you are strangers, while some I actually considered my friends. It’s shocking but not shocking how quickly you all flip a switch and follow your captain’s orders. Ray from Dallas spent his Sunday foaming at the mouth in a hostile little video about me, all bark, no substance. I saw it. I’m not intimidated. Mostly, I’m embarrassed for you. And your family(ies) will feel the same when your ass is doxxed next week. Can’t wait to tAkE tHaT WaLk with you! Then there’s Will, who’s gone on multiple streams calling me “crazy” and pretending he’s scared of me, despite me being nothing but nice to him. Why? Because he thinks I was the first one to tell Karen he heard the recording, which he absolutely did (unless Aidan is lying about who he played it for, but we know he’s actually telling the truth on this for once). She was informed of it the very next day, which is why she called you and you know this. This was two full days before I was even aware of a call at all. Will, for someone with your track record, maybe sit the “women are dangerous” narrative out. You’re not fooling anyone. I’m staring at 15 pages of police reports and no, it’s not all “things you’ve owned up for in the past”. You know this. Again, I’d take a very large seat here. And then my personal favorite-ex-fake friend Auntie Deb, who decided to spice up his Spaces on Thanksgiving by accusing me of distributing revenge porn with zero evidence, zero screenshots, zero anything. A completely fabricated felony tossed around like it’s gossip hour at the bingo hall. Considering your own professional history, James, I’d hope you of all people would understand how catastrophic false accusations can be, but apparently not. It would be a shame if I were to share the real reason around your separation at the middle school and how you wanted to bring Turtlenoy into it. This is all based on the several witnesses I’ve spoken to. See how that works? You announce things as fact based on something someone told you. I wonder if you’ll have that same enthusiasm when the topic is you. TBD. I’ll wait for that retraction about revenge porn. Ball’s in your court hun. And of course, there’s Jessica Machado, who’s been grinding this axe for months like it’s her full-time personality. Hos long did you cry when Chelsea beat you to the punch with that video? Don’t worry hun, there’s more but she didn’t post it because it’s not great for your fairytale. If you thought the fall-out of Kate’s video was bad, Jessica…stay tuned. I may have been momentarily distracted dealing with the chaos from Temu Chelsea, but there’s an army of your victims out there that are eager and ready for your downfall. The false claim that I shared “revenge porn,” the conspiracy theories, the wild accusations you present as fact, all of it. The 10+ streams you’ve now defamed me on. You’ve been so obsessed with me for so long that you can’t even keep your own narratives straight anymore. I love this so much for you. Let me be crystal clear–I am done being all of your punching bag. You love to spin this narrative that I’m this dangerous person. You’d think you’d lay off from constantly f*cking with me if you truly believed that. I would genuinely love for this nonsense to stop. But that requires ALL of you to stop manufacturing drama, stop lying, and stop weaponizing made-up crimes for clicks. And if they want to keep going? I’ve got plenty of content for many seasons to come.

Creators discussed it publicly without me ever responding. I STILL didn’t defend myself. November 26-27, 2025- Ratchet Chelsea: The Full 48 Hour Meltdown 11/26/25— The Unprovoked Attack & The March 4 Video On Tuesday night, Chelsea came out of nowhere and launched herself straight at me, accusing me of all kinds of conspiracies from harassment to the horrific crime of sending a friend request, which is explained in vivid detail in the below post (she’s since gone somewhat viral, love this for her!) She spent the next 24 hours thoroughly embarrassing herself and the moment anyone challenged her story even slightly, she did what she always does: she imploded. 11/27/25— The 9-Minute Backpedal Then on Thanksgiving, Aidan tried to save face by posting that he “didn’t want the video to be public.” And like clockwork, nine minutes later, Chelsea came charging into the comments like a Temu-sponsored bat out of hell, scrambling to apologize, trying to rewrite reality so it looked like he didn’t send her to do it. Kk. Aidan commented on her posts that same day, clearly encouraging it, continuing to this day, all while pretending he's not directing it. Kk. The “I never wanted this public” lie Aidan’s post yesterday claimed he “never wanted this to be public.” He’s been threatening me for months behind the scenes to post the infamous video. To do a show on me. To send things to others to weaponize against me. If this were true, why did he instruct Chelsea to post it? Why did he share it with Jess Machado to threaten me with for the last month? Why did he share it with Joe Flipperhead, and God knows who else? If he didn’t want it public, he wouldn’t have shared it with anyone, let alone the girl I caught him cheating with. The timeline is clear– Chelsea posted a video at 11:08 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, I responded at 11:50 out of self defense. He leaked first. He escalated first. He weaponized it first. Trying to rewrite that now is gaslighting, pure and simple. And last night's gaslighting grift was just the icing on the cake. The lie that Aidan never wanted this to be public is just laughable at this point. Who are we kidding? He's been foaming at the mouth for months to make this content where he can play the victim, as usual. And my personal favorite-Auntie Deb, who decided to spice up his Spaces on Thanksgiving by accusing me of distributing revenge p*rn with zero evidence, zero screenshots, zero anything. Accusing me of killing a turtle yesterday. A completely fabricated felony tossed around like it’s gossip hour at the bingo hall. Considering your own professional history, James, I’d hope you of all people would understand how catastrophic false accusations can be, but apparently not. I wonder if you’ll have that same enthusiasm when the topic is you. TBD. I’ll wait for that retraction about revenge p*rn, animal abuse, etc. Since you reported my last post, I'll leave the rest up for your imagination.
