AH!!! This is actually the one place you can get softlocked, because it's before the tutorial teaches you to press R to restart the time loop... Press R if you have any troubles, or just restart the game!

I really do think Donkey Kong for the Game Boy is the best Donkey Kong game ever made. I remember the first time I played this game, and I thought it was just a port of the arcade until you beat the 4th level, and then the real game unlocks. It's an awesome puzzle platformer!

I just spent 2 nights, 3 days in the beautiful and rugged Superstition Wilderness completing the "Icon Loop" - also my first solo overnighter! This is a loop originally created by Jerry Arizona, and over the years people have created their own variations of the loop. This is mine! I logged 34.5 miles and 9,126ft of elevation gain. It was challenging, both physically and mentally, but so rewarding in the end!
