Tukkuguda plots are selling for upto 70k/yd in the name of upcoming Future City and Metro. Hope better sense prevails for the buyers. Just Pharma City and Villa projects doesn't justify current prices. If you like a villa project, buy villa in it, not other costly open plots.

KTR is not of that stature where he can criticise Rahul Gandhi. “Why did Revanth Reddy take over the 14,000 crore debt of a private company like L&T? Back then, when we asked KCR garu for a Metro line from Raidurgam to Airport, he agreed to take it up as a state project. It was supposed to start but Revanth Reddy cancelled. Behind every scheme of Revanth Reddy, there is a scam. He took over the Hyderabad Metro from L&T only to allocate 280 acres of land belonging to the Metro to his friends and family. He will definitely put those 280 acres up for sale.. and allocate them to his people. BJP also has a share in this mess. Why did Modi’s government reject the proposed Hyderabad metro expansion from Lakdikapul to BHEL? They simply said that it isn’t feasible and instead sanctioned metros to small cities like Kanpur, 10 more towns in Uttar Pradesh. This city is struggling with traffic, but center wants to ignore and Revanth is only focused on real estate. - BRS Working President & MLA KTR at a press conference today. Hyderabad definitely needs extension of the Metro all across this massive, ever growing city. Most definitely the metro line from Raidurgam to Shamshabad Airport, is a burning requirement. "Almost 25 years ago, the land was allocated to a private person. Since then, the land has not been under the control of Hyderabad Central University (HCU). In the erstwhile #AndhraPradesh, the then #Congress government cancelled the land allocation in 2006 and it was in court. In the last 10 years, the BRS Party didn't take over the land from the private person. After, I assume the charge, I knocked on the doors of the Supreme Court and won a case and recovered the land. As part of the development plan, the land was allocated to TSIIC to develop layout for #IT companies. The land is not a reserve forest, " said #RevanthReddy.
