Kudos to this sleeper bus operator Bus driver explaining passengers on how to exit bus in case of emergency. They have made all their bus windows as emergency exit and every window has hammer attached with it to break open the glass and exit in case of emergency

A private travels bus was completely engulfed in flames killing about 25 passengers Cauvery Travels bus (DD 01 AN 9190) coming from Bangalore to Hyderabad was gutted in flames on the main road at Chinnatekur in Kurnool district. According to locals, 42 people were traveling in the bus at the time of the accident and only 12 people survived escaping from the emergency exit !! A man who was aboard a bus that crashed along the N1 highway in Musina said the bus driver fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle. A man who identified himself as the assistant driver claims the man behind the wheel fell asleep and lost control of the bus. “The driver was sleeping, and a police officer woke him up. He told the driver to go to Musina to register and take the fingerprints of the passengers. When the driver started the bus, he was already exhausted and failed to control the bus.”

#WATCH | Reasi bus terror attack: Ranjit Singh, Manager of the Bus Booking Company whose bus came under attack, says, "The bus used to ply from Katra to Shiv Khori daily, booking occurred daily. But we had never thought that this could happen to our vehicle. We used to hear of things like this in Kashmir but this area was safe. We never thought that this could happen to us. As soon as the bus left in the morning, we received a call at 5 o'clock that there had been firing on our vehicle...When we did a little investigation, we came to know that it was an attack by militants...Passengers told us that the militant got into the bus and told the driver to make the passengers deboard the bus. Driver sensed that the man was a militant. He refused to make the passengers deboard, he sped up the bus. As soon as he sped up the bus, the militant fired a bullet. The bus lost balance but the driver kept driving. When the driver didn't stop, he (militant) shot him in the head and killed him...Then the conductor took hold of the steering. As soon as he did that, the militant shot 3-4 bullets at the conductor too. He killed them both. The bus lost balance and fell into a gorge. Had the driver not shown a presence of mind, no passenger would have survived. They might have even set the bus on fire. The driver did good and sacrificed himself for the 40 passengers."
