KwaZulu-Natal will begin blacklisting contractors who abandon projects or provide shoddy work on contracts offered to them by the government. Yer this goverment, this should've been Standard Practice, we have extremely incompetent leaders, they are quick to blacklist NSFAS beneficiaries who are unable to payback tho unemployed, but someone who chows R50mil with shody work or abandons projects keeps getting tenders.

Change government the current one failed us dismally.

Contractor work never take advantage of the government but those who offer them tenders are the one who tell them what you do when they must stop work so government will give them more money e.g Look at go Durban not even a single bus working from Kwa Mashu to pinetown.
