The so called students are asking for a **fair education system**. But the very foundation of the education system isn't fair. It starts with the NEET application itself. General category students pay almost **double the examination fee**, as if every general category student is automatically rich. Then comes the cutoff. Reservation comes into play again. A general category student scoring 500+ may not get a seat simply because of their category, while another student scoring 200–300 can secure one through reservation. In NEET PG too, we've seen category-based cutoffs that are drastically lower, even negative in some years for certain categories. And it doesn't end there. Even after completing medical education, reservation continues in government job recruitment. So what's the point of asking for a fair education system while the whole base of the system is rigged? But no one will point it out. The moment someone does, you'll hear, *"Humare purwajo ko paani nahi mila, hume padhne nahi diya,"* and all the same arguments.
