Russia is lying to the entire world when it claims not to attack civilian targets. Russia attacks almost nothing but civilian targets. Four people were killed in a Russian attack on an industrial facility in the Brovary district (Kyiv region); this was announced by the head of the regional administration, Kalashnyk. Local channels report that the attack may have targeted the "Yahotynske for Children" (Yahotynske dlya ditey) factory. 7 people injured in attack on dairy plant in Kyiv region, two more people may still be trapped under rubble, — OVA.
