Recognize this E-Moto Rider? One of our Traffic officers was on patrol recently in the 4800 block of Baseline Road when he saw a rider on an e-moto driving recklessly. He tried to stop the rider but he hopped the grass median and eluded the officer into a nearby neighborhood. A short time later the rider was seen again performing a wheelie on Folsom Street near Regent Avenue. The rider then stopped at a red light at Folsom and Arapahoe and the officer tried to make contact on foot. But the rider sped off for a second time, again hopping the median and driving the wrong way on Folsom Street. The rider’s last known location was in the area of the Frasier Meadows neighborhood. He is described as being a white male between the ages of 14 and 22 and was last seen wearing a black dirt bike helmet, black sweatshirt, a black backpack with two vertical white stripes on the rear, blue jeans with black van type shoes with brown soles. His electric dirt bike is mostly black with purple pegs. He had red accents on the top cap portion on his front forks and his seat had what looked to be patches or stickers on the top side of the seat. His rear brake light/reflector was at the very end of his fender. The rider is facing charges of reckless driving and felony eluding and more are possible. If you have any information about his identity please contact Traffic Officer Johnson at [email protected] 303-441-3315 regarding case 26-1223 Electric micromobility — like e-bikes, e-scooters and e-skateboards — are an important part of Boulder’s transportation network, helping connect people to places and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. DANGEROUS MOTORCYCLIST TAKEN OFF THE STREETS The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office doesn’t play when it comes to traffic safety. We’ve heard your complaints loud and clear! Dangerous motorcyclists putting lives at risk will not be tolerated. On May 15th, a reckless rider turned a high-crash corridor into his personal racetrack. Now, he’s behind bars. At PM, Deputy Vincent with our Traffic Unit spotted a white and orange sport bike speeding 67 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on University Blvd. When he attempted to stop the rider, the suspect intentionally fled, weaving through traffic, and even using the bicycle lane to pass vehicles (including another deputy) at high speed. Deputies Montgomery and Brown coordinated quickly, blocking the suspect at a red light, removing the rider from the motorcycle. Brandon Watts, age 40, from Denver was taken into custody without injury to deputies or damage to vehicles. He is now facing charges of Felony Eluding, Habitual Traffic Offender, No Insurance, Unregistered Vehicle, Obstruction, Reckless Driving, and he had Multiple Active Warrants. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is initiating the vehicle forfeiture process to seize the motorcycle used in this criminal activity. If you use a vehicle to commit crimes - especially to flee from law enforcement - you risk losing your ride. “Let this be a warning,” said Sheriff Darren Weekly. “If you run from us in Douglas County, there are consequences, and one of them might be forfeiting your vehicle.”

ICE Director Blames ‘Radical Left’ Politicians for 800 Percent Spike in Attacks on ICE Agents Two months ago, violent riots broke out in America’s second largest city because the Trump administration has decided to enforce federal immigration law. The rioters laid siege to federal buildings, attacked law enforcement officers, lit cop cars on fire, and looted businesses for days—all while flying the flag of a foreign country. Yet, somehow, just two months later, the country has completely moved on. But it’s really worth reflecting on the LA riots and what inspired them. Acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Todd Lyons comes on “The Signal Sitdown” with Bradley Devlin this week to do just that. But for Lyons and the agents under his command, the LA riots were just the tip of the iceberg. Since the Trump administration entered into office, attacks on ICE agents have increased over 800 percent. “It is the worst I've ever seen in my whole career in law enforcement,” Lyons told The Daily Signal about the attacks on ICE agents. And Democrats on the local, state, and federal level have cheered on, and sometimes participated in, these attacks—and that’s not an exaggeration. "When you do have these, you know, really radical left mayors like Karen Bass or the Mayor of Chicago, or Mayor Wu in Boston that are just constantly out there stoking the fires and fears of what ICE isn't doing,” Lyons told The Daily Signal, “all they're doing is hurting their community as well as hurting the law enforcement mission.” Don’t miss this important and intense conversation when it airs tomorrow at 6:30 am EST on The Daily Signal’s YouTube page.

Manhattan, New York — An unidentified man deployed an incendiary device outside 26 Federal Plaza in Lower Manhattan on the morning of July 20, 2026, prompting a large emergency response and a federal investigation. The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. outside the Jacob K. Javits Federal Office Building, which houses the FBI's New York Field Office, the local U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office, an immigration court, and several other federal agencies. In a statement, the FBI said: “This morning an individual deployed an incendiary device outside of 26 Federal Plaza. The individual has been taken into custody and the FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the incident.” According to law enforcement sources, the suspect pushed a cart displaying a sign that read “ICE off our streets.” Authorities said the cart contained fireworks and two long firearms that appeared to be airsoft or pellet guns. Investigators believe the suspect ignited the fireworks, possibly using a flammable liquid, creating flames and smoke near the building's entrance. Officials also reported that the suspect allegedly threatened pedestrians with the apparent firearms before being taken into custody by federal officers near Worth Street and Centre Street. The NYPD Bomb Squad responded to assist at the scene. FBI Director Kash Patel said the incident resulted in two minor injuries. The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) reported that one person was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities said there were no serious injuries and no significant damage to the federal building. The FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is leading the investigation. #police #cops #crime #policia #polizei #CrimeNews #FBI #DHS #ICE #NYC

VIDEO EMERGES of 2 CHICAGO SUSPECTS CHARGED after using a vehicle to RAM and IMPEDE agents, leading to SHOOTING. Federal prosecutors charged MARIMAR MARTINEZ, 30, and ANTHONY IAN SANTOS RUIZ, 21, with forcibly assaulting, impeding, and interfering with a federal law enforcement officer, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Illinois. Two individuals were charged for using their cars to ram and block federal immigration agents on Chicago's Southwest Side on Saturday morning. The incident led to an agent shooting Martinez multiple times, prosecutors said. CHICAGO - Two people are facing charges in connection with the use of cars to ram and block federal agents on Chicago’s Southwest Side on Saturday, which led to a shooting. Prosecutors said federal agents had conducted an operation on Saturday and Border Patrol agents acting as security detail were followed by a "convoy" of cars. Prosecutors allege that civilian cars began to follow the agents near Oak Lawn and were driving "aggressively and erratically," sometimes coming very close to the agents' car, disregarding red lights and stop signs, and driving the wrong way on one-way streets. Around 10:30 a.m., Martinez and Ruiz allegedly used their cars to hit a vehicle being driven by a Customs and Border Protection agent near the intersection of West 39th Street and South Kedzie Avenue. The car driven by Martinez side-swiped the driver's side of the CBP car, prosecutors said. Martinez loudly referred to Border Patrol agents as "la migra," according to court documents, which is common Spanish slang for immigration enforcement officials. After hitting the agent’s car, the suspects then allegedly boxed in the vehicle, which held a total of three agents at the time. Prosecutors included multiple images of the damage they say was caused by the suspects' vehicles. The agents were unable to move their car and got out. One agent fired five shots at Martinez, prosecutors said. Prosecutors said the accounts of events by federal agents was corroborated by body-worn camera footage. Martinez then allegedly drove off, but paramedics found her and her car at a repair shop about a mile away near 35th Street and California Avenue. She was taken by ambulance to a hospital where she received treatment for her gunshot wounds. Ruiz allegedly ran off, but officers later found him at a gas station about half a block away. They were both in law enforcement custody pending an initial court appearance in Chicago. Source: U.S. Attorney's Office in the Northern District of Illinois.

Not enough people are talking about the fact that jihadist communist US Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed Dr. Abdul El-Sayed seemingly admitted to instigating the Minneapolis pro-open border riots during last night’s Michigan Democrat primary US Senate debate. El-Sayed stated: “I went to Minneapolis at the height of Project Metro Surge. I watched as our government laid siege to a city in our own country. It was awful to see. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is not about immigration. ICE is about normalizing a paramilitary force on our streets. I’ve been clear that you can’t reform ICE, you can’t retrain ICE, you have to abolish ICE.” It’s also worth noting that Sayed once visited Delaney Hall, New Jersey during the height of the pro-open border riots. Another connection to Abdul and the pro-open border riots is the fact that Hasan Piker hasanabi walked around Delaney Hall while wearing a gas mask hours before the riots broke out. Piker has endorsed and campaigned with Sayed in Michigan. It’s telling that Democrats are on the verge of nominating an Islamic communist to the US Senate who wants to abolish ICE to protect all of the illegal alien Islamic terrorists who live in Michigan. Michigan is a hotbed of ISIS, Hamas and Hezbollah sleeper cells according to the FBI and Homeland Security. This is well known. Abdul wants all of those jihadis to be free to live in Michigan among American citizens. Michigan, don’t commit suicide!

AGAIN, I will never stop sharing this. And I’ll never understand why it wasn’t highlighted and played before the jury. The old man that walked around the confrontation, was in a conversation with John immediately before, then walked around it all and went outside and had a long conversation with BA, BH, NA and CA. He knows! Furthermore, this tied the whole thing together like the end of a movie. It was the missing piece. They all lied and never mentioned it. Why? JM was standing there talking to Karen. So… 11:32pm: BH texts KR “ummmmm…well?” 11:57pm - 11:58pm: BH gives John the middle finger, yells across the room at him, is held back by CA, gestures for JO to come outside. 12:11am: John walks out with the rocks glass and is seen for the last time alive as he heads to 34F. 12:20am: BH, despite saying he never talked to John, didn’t know John was going to 34F and didn’t talk to him as he left, he texts what’s now known as a challenge, not an invite, “are you coming???” 12:21am: John arrives at 34F and goes straight to the basement. 12:30am: KR pulls away from 34F. 12:32am: John’s phone stops moving. 12:36am: KR connected to John’s WiFi. 2:22am: BA “butt dials” BH which was immediately returned by another “butt dial” from BH and they have a :22 call. 2:27am: JM gets home and googles “hos long to die in cold?” 6:03am: John is found beaten and dead on the lawn of 34F. How is this not the most obvious thing ever? But I will also never understand why this wasn’t highlighted. These are some of the most brilliant litigators in the country, so I’m holding hope they had a very good reason why not. #karenread #freekarenread

EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 Democrat Activist Judge who denied FBI subpoena to examine the phone of radical left activist who threatened Stephen Miller Stephen Miller and his family Katie Miller has donated to anti-Trump Democrats and an art museum that featured art demeaning President Trump and Stephen Miller 🚨 In a shocking display of judicial bias within the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Magistrate Judge Lindsey Vaala blocked an FBI subpoena to search the phone of radical left activist Barbara Wien, who doxxed Stephen Miller’s home address and labeled him a Nazi—actions that forced the Trump advisor and his family into protective military housing amid credible death threats. Barbara Wien distributed flyers in Stephen Miller’s neighborhood accusing him of being a Nazi and also doxxed his home address. While passing the Millers’ home, Wien made an “I’m watching you” gesture toward Katie Miller, the wife of Stephen Miller. Wien’s doxxing led to repeated threats against Miller and his family, forcing their relocation to a military base for safety. Judge Vaala should have recused herself from this matter due to clear bias against the Trump administration, where Stephen Miller has served as one of the president’s most loyal, vocal, and closest advisors in both terms. Vaala’s political donations include contributions to Hillary Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama, and Joe Biden. She has been a longtime supporter, volunteer, and co-chair of multiple committees for The Phillips Collection, a Washington D.C. art museum. Vaala has donated thousands of dollars nearly every year since 2015 to the Phillips Collection. The Phillips Collection promotes radical leftist themes, including exhibits that frame the open borders invasion of America under the guise of immigration being a net positive. This is in direct opposition to Stephen Miller’s prominent role in shaping the administration’s immigration policies. The museum has shown open disdain for Trump and his administration. An Instagram post from The Phillips Collection highlighted its “Little Men Series” exhibit, described as a satirical critique of “mostly white men in acts of rage, angry, yelling, screaming, acting infantile.” One painting depicts “a tall man wailing at the top of his lungs wearing a red tie, seated next to a monstrous figure”—a clear dehumanizing reference to President Trump and Stephen Miller as the monstrous figure. Vaala’s nearly decade-long alliance with the museum raises legitimate questions about the alignment of her ideological views with its anti-Trump, anti-Miller messaging. Vaala has also donated to the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, an anti-ICE, pro-open-borders legal group. In 2007, while at William & Mary Law School, Vaala authored a law review article titled “Bias on the Bench: Raising the Bar for U.S. Immigration Judges to Ensure Equality for Asylum Seekers.” Clearly, the Magistrate has sympathy for open borders, which is another sign of her bias against Miller, one of the architects of Trump’s immigration policies and a huge proponent of mass deportations. This Magistrate’s refusal to allow federal authorities to examine the phone of an anti-American activist who endangered the Miller family, all while exhibiting clear ideological bias, represents judicial warfare and a continuation of the judicial coup that Miller himself has spoken out about. U.S. Magistrate Judge Lindsey Vaala’s conduct demands accountability, and all her rulings must undergo rigorous scrutiny. RECEIPTS: 👇🏻
