This terrible bill will be strongly opposed by One Nation Australia! Labor has never understood freedom of speech or how it works, and people always fear what they don’t understand. That’s why Labor wants to give itself the power to decide what is misinformation and disinformation, and use this power to silence honest debate and honest criticism. Labor is appalled at the very notion that Australians still have the right to say things that Labor doesn’t agree with. Labor doesn’t trust the Australian people to sort out truth from fiction for themselves. With this bill, Labor shows its contempt for the intelligence of the Australian people. Labor will use this power to silence dissent. If you speak the truth that gender ideology is contrived nonsense, or that climate change is a scam, or that COVID-19 vaccines are harmful – Labor will have the power to silence you. This bill is all the evidence this country needs to have a good, hard look at enshrining the right to free speech in the Constitution. One Nation tried to move an inquiry to kick start this process. The reason conservatives don't like to see this is that these Indians were brought in legally at the behest of right wing companies looking for cheaper/"flexible" STEM labor as well as cheaper unskilled labor. Then the audience cheer and clap a separatist speaker who says she is not Australian and never wants to be. This is extremely sad. It shows that many people on the far-left actually hate Australia and the concept of Australia as a unified nation state. The debate can be framed in the context of “colonisation” but the reality is that if the British had not come to Australia, the country we live in today with all the democratic freedoms we enjoy would not exist and most of us would not be living here. So when they say that it should never have happened they are saying that Australia should not exist.

If police are entirely controlled by the government, the ruling party could direct them to target political rivals or ignore crimes committed by government officials. This is EXACTLY what is happening in Communist Victoria under the LABOR Government. The Chief Police Commissioner isn’t even allowed to meet with the Shadow Government unless Labor Ministers are present to monitor what is said. Anyone that believes that The Labor regime will just stand aside & allow any other Party to take power in Victoria is kidding themselves. They are a corrupt tyrannical Regime that has infiltrated EVERYTHING in Victoria. They have weaponised our Police force against Australians & their opposition. The Labor government gave young left wing activist Chanel Contos a $3.8 million taxpayer funded grant to campaign for social media restrictions in the name of fighting the “Manosphere.” Then the same Labor government turned around and used her campaigning as justification to do what they wanted to anyway - pass social media restrictions. So they basically just laundered taxpayer funding to a left wing NGO to campaign on behalf of their own political goals. How is this even allowed? Under these proposed new Australian laws, the Australian government will have the power to level $100 million fines against social media companies if their algorithms promote right wing content.
