Labour has now imposed its absurd 20mph blanket on Wales - despite warnings it’ll hit our economy by £4.5 billion. They’ve also banned all new roads from being built ever again & want to charge people for using some. Keir Starmer says this is a “blueprint” for the UK…

This simply isn't true - Do you know what 'blanket' means? Is the A40 20mph? is the M4 20 mph? How can we take seriously a man who voted to allow shit to be flushed in his local river. More #ToryLies #NeverTrustATory

20mph policy is a Tory Policy which has already been implemented across UK. Incl Penny Mordaunt's constituency in Portsmouth the “first British city to implement a 20mph speed limit on almost all residential roads to reduce road casualties and protect pedestrians and cyclists”

I regularly have to undertake a journey to either collect or return my 5 year old daughter that until yesterday took 30 minutes approximately...that's at least 40 minutes from today. Its also using more fuel to do so as my car's in a lower gear. This is just some 'nudge unit' garbage to force people out of their cars.

Facts matter the tories proposed this legislation, the voted overwhelmingly for it. @WelshConserv are liars

Good for the Labour Party, less deaths is welcomed especially for children and the elderly! Stop moaning because it might take you 5 minuets longer to get somewhere!

“They’ve also banned all new roads from being built ever again” Fact Check: This is not only ridiculously false, but was proven to be false a year ago, when this myth first came to prominence, and continuously since.

Dry your eyes it will save lives….,,

The implications of devolving power but not responsibility. The moral hazard of the UK taxpayer to inevitably bailout this pathetic policy is a crucial failure in the way @UKLabour recklessly devolved power in 1999.

And conservatives voted for it. It’s about time you stopped taking the public for fools. We have sen through you.

Another Tory, another set of misleading, mendacious even, claims. It’s NOT a blanket 20mph, it does, as he well knows applies to 'restricted' roads, so those with a previous 30mph maximum. Nor is there a ban on new roads ever being built in the future.
