Community notes incoming. Service charges are the problem, not ground rent. Most ground rents are already capped. Capping ground rents saves a the average leaseholder a whopping £24 a year. This is not even worthy of a mention. The Labour government will promote this nothing burger as a huge achievement, along with giving kids in poverty a piece of toast each. They have nothing to offer. Labour are finished.
