Labour was elected on a false premise. It certainly does not have a mandate for its budget. And as each day passes another group of people are let down. First it was the pensioners, then working people, now the country’s farmers. The closing words from my budget speech

Could have saved yourself a lot of trouble and left the tweet at 'Labour was elected'

The people were lied to Promises in election manifestos are a verbal contract .. invitation to treat so to speak .. and the public give their vote in response to the promises made Labour broke their promises day one after the election and have done nothing but since Contract completely null and void We need another election 🗳️

14 years of Tory mendacity, corruption, cronyism, contempt - promises / pledges made and broken - 14 years when tories served only the interests of themselves. Your party gave nothing yet took so much.

Esther, you're spot on! Labour's budget is a disaster, and they're harming the very people they claim to care about. First, it was pensioners, then working-class individuals, and now farmers are suffering. When will Labour admit they're out of touch?

Well, at least they're not Russian-funded, not prioritising self-enrichment over the lives of citizens, won't add £1.2t to the national debt and not wrecking our hard-earned international reputation for decency & compassion towards the most vulnerable people in the world......eh?

Pipe down you clown.

The 2024 General Ejection should be voided and re-run. Labour mislead the public with lies. They are not a legitimate government

They were elected because of a 14 year shit show. You and your ideology put this country back to the Middle Ages

Tories let the country go to the wall, for starters the #BrexitDisaster based upon lies and broken promies The poorest pensioners have not been let down, and means testing the WFA was in a tory manifesto It's not real farmers, but tax dodgers that are being hit #NeverTory

I think Trump's speech on Free Speech will fundamentally change how governments work, and their collusion with the media to lie to the public, Esther. The public must have transparency and honesty from the government that serves us.
