Labour-run @CheshireEast are planning to build new houses on #DanesMoss, the largest & highest lowland raised bog in Cheshire. They already exceeded the target for new houses. It is their land, and they are ploughing ahead despite the huge #biodiversity losses foreseen.

I want to know where the real affordable housing announcements are, flat-pack housing built in factories to good green standards and all with Solar or Heat Pumps. Homes that 1 wage can afford to buy and keep a family.

@DanicaPriest The retail studies which shape spatial strategy are already written by consultancies whose main clients are property developers. This shapes transport, housing, jobs, health, shopping & environment. So they already control process. This is about creating more panicked decisions.
