My fifth grader asked me the same thing as it happened. I told him you don’t. It’s just not possible. UVa kid doesn’t do anything wrong at all. Sometimes you just get beat.

Imo only way to guard this is to not let the offensive player get to their spot at 5x5

think the only hope would be to be less concerned getting topside as a defender, guessing O'Neill is ?ing and hitting him going upfield. Obviously wayyy easier said than done given how good O'Neill has been.
