Loss of fan interest in recruiting has been THE massively underreported story in College Football the past 5 years. My hope is we're in the process of fixing this.

Watching this as Miami is out here dropping millions on an offensive lineman, and now SMU is making a similar last-minute move on an O-lineman who visited us like five times. It all feels the same — nothing's really changed.

My one issue with recruiting is teams go completely all out for a guy who they don’t even know is gonna work out. I don’t think we should be flashing cash and lambos in front of high school kids

Half will decommit or transfer within 18 months anyway so not sure how recruiting is back

Agree, the loss of fan excitement over off-season recruiting has hurt - but disagree that it's ever going to return similar to before NIL/unlimited transfer rules. Highest bidder going to win 95% of the time, and the relationships win them back 2 years later/transfer anyway.

Well said… used to follow recruiting year round and treated NSD as a holiday. Have totally checked out in the last few years. Would like to see the value added back to it.
