I don't eat raw noodles but let's talk about it cos it's common among we ladies.. Eating raw noodles isn't necessarily dangerous, but it’s not ideal either. Most dry instant noodles are pre-cooked and dehydrated, so they’re technically safe to eat. However, they can be hard to digest when uncooked, and consuming them regularly like that can lead to stomach discomfort or bloating. Also, if the noodles are part of an instant ramen pack, the seasoning is often high in sodium, which isn’t great for your health, especially when eaten without water to help flush it through your system. So, while it won't harm you in small amounts, it's definitely better to cook them as intended.
