Lady gets kicked off plane for misusing flight attendants pronouns, thoughts?

I can't believe the flight attendant thought that their pronouns were more important than a mother, and her child and providing good customer service. They/them deserve to be fired.

Yeah, need the other side on this because I think it's very unlikely they kicked her of for that. Borderline impossible.

If true, the flight attendant should never fly again. But maybe that's only half of the story here
