I've been building on #threejs since 2015. Back then there was no InstancedMesh, no BatchedMesh. Most of the tools we take for granted today didn't exist. In 2017, while developing Jamir, I started building my own game engine on top of it. I've spent the years since profiling and optimizing that engine, often chasing performance problems line by line. That engine became X3JS. After all this time, the hardest part is still how deeply everything is connected. Even the best AI models today can make a change that looks completely correct, and quietly break something three systems away. An engine like this doesn't forgive that. So for this test I didn't want a synthetic benchmark. I wanted a real, AAA-looking game scene: cinematics, dialogue, characters, terrain, weather, a boss fight. The gameplay, the cinematics, the MIDI music, the music and sound selections, the animation choices: all of it was produced by AI through X3JS's MCP tools. Camera work, dialogue, voice casting, triggers, enemy behavior. Everything in the scene comes from the X3JS asset library and when X3JS releases, users will be able to use all of these assets freely in their own games. The video shows the exact same scene, side by side: - GTX 960M, a 2015 laptop GPU - RTX 4070, a desktop GPU Two separate gameplay runs never line up perfectly, so I made a few cuts to keep the cinematics in sync between the two sides. The scene, the settings, and the cinematics themselves are identical. The GTX 960M is still one of my favorite machines to test on and i am lucky to have that. If a heavy scene runs well there, the optimization work is real, not a number on a slide. And X3JS contributors; Terrain materials: Poly Haven Sound archive and AI meta: Selekt Audio

[🔊 sound on, retweet as you please] i think as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, we struggled a lot with acceptance. rejection of our identity is the norm especially here. acceptance from my mom was first earned, but now given, through efforts to let her see the world by our glasses. in this #pride month, i wanted to share the message from my mom to all of you, to share a bit of warmth. knowing that somewhere, a mother truly want you to live your truth and be yourself. if you are in a place where you don't feel safe and feel like you won't ever feel safe coming out, just think of my mom as yours and know that she is proud of whoever you become. i hope whoever is listening to this message, may you find the peace and acceptance you're longing for. this interview was not scripted, it was literally out of the blue just for her to share her purest message to the world.

They took all the dads and daughters deep into the woods for a powerful exercise. The finger crossing and huffy head throwing would be stupid and childish on its own, but it was then revealed that Miss Lara Bird has a whiff of the Sassenach about her. Her real name is Pyla Bird-Leakey (Pyla shite more like) and she’s qualified as an English barrister (not a Scottish advocate) and - most damningly - until recently had an English accent. What's interesting is that most Scottish Nationalists consider me to not be Scottish, because even though I was born in Dumfries, grew up in Moniaive, sound pretty Scottish, drink too much and want to run slave plantations for the Empire, my mum is English. With an English barrister with an English accent, is the most Scottish person that's ever lived. Only beaten in their Scottishness by a Somalian who arrived on Tuesday. It's almost as if communists are redefining what nationality is to sell their left-wing ideology to voters. The album saw Bowie broaden his musical horizons once more, embracing what he called 'Plastic Soul' and would give Bowie his first number one single in the U.S., ‘FAME’, co-written with John Lennon and Bowie's then guitarist, Carlos Alomar. The album was partly influenced by the 'Philly Sound' and recorded in Philadelphia at Sigma Sound studios during a break in the DIAMOND DOGS tour with a band that featured amongst others Bowie stalwart Mike Garson on keys, along with the late Luther Vandross on vocals and David Sanborn on saxophone. During the Tony Visconti produced sessions at Sigma Sound, Bowie immersed himself in soul music and created a new persona called The Gouster, a slang term for a hip street character. An early version of the album using this title was issued on the boxset WHO CAN I BE NOW? (1974-1976). When the tour recommenced, Bowie radically reworked the setlist to incorporate the new material and stripped the elaborate production of the tour back to reflect a radically new musical direction. At the end of the tour in December ’74, sessions continued at The Record Plant and, while recording in New York, Bowie connected with John Lennon, where they recorded a cover of The Beatles ‘ACROSS THE UNIVERSE’ and a new collaborative composition, ‘FAME’ at Electric Lady Studios. The New York sessions were co-produced by David and Record Plant engineer Harry Maslin. Bowie opted not to tour following YOUNG AMERICANS’ release, and within nine months, had moved on again, releasing his next album, STATION TO STATION, and reinventing himself once again in the persona of The Thin White Duke. This new pressing of YOUNG AMERICANS was cut on a customised late Neumann VMS80 lathe with fully recapped electronics from 192kHz restored masters of the original Record Plant master tapes, with no additional processing on transfer. The half-speed was cut by John Webber at AIR Studios. ⭐ STOCK AITKEN WATERMAN'S I SHOULD BE SO LUCKY - THE MUSICAL - BRISTOL HIPPODROME ⭐ I LOVE THIS SHOW! ! ! 😅 💖 🌈 ✨ I love I Should Be So Lucky in all its camptastic, cheesy glory lol 🧀 Fans of the genius pop trio Stock Aitken Waterman will have lots to enjoy here, the show is positively STUFFED with their many smash-hits, featuring Kylie Minogue, Rick Astley, Jason Donovan, Bananarama, Mel & Kim, Sonia and many more ✨ (and if you're not a fan, this is the wrong show for you lol 😜) Debbie Isitt has written a big, brash wedding farce to accompany the classic choons, full of outrageous situations, secrets and misunderstandings.... Subtle this is not.... But it is a hell lot of fun 😂 I saw someone describe this show as "Mamma Mia! on steroids" and they ain't wrong 😁 lol This show is full of big voices and hilarious performances, lead by the would-be bride and groom, the fabulous Lucie-Mae Sumner and Billy Roberts 🌟 Incredible vocals by all (especially the leads), stand-outs also Emma Crossley (Jessica Daley, who I saw originally), Melissa Jacques and Kayla Carter ✨ But on the comedy front, the fantastic Giovanni Spanò, Scott Paige and Jamie Chapman delivered the most laughs 🤣 But my favourite addition to the cast had to be the one and only KYLIE MINOGUE 😱..... who appears throughout, in digital form lol Such a fun and clever way to feature her in the show 👑 Big pink hearts, sparkles and sequins feature heavily in the design by Tom Rodgers, which feels perfectly appropriate lol There's also some stellar choreography by Jason Gilkison, which I loved 💃 All in all, this was one of the most fun times I've had in the theatre, in a very long time. I will be booking again, and if you like the sound of the above, you should too! ! ! 💖 X x x

Police in killed Sistrane Edwards, shot Cynthia Soileau in the face on a no knock warrant and arrested her son Vonteeko Anderson for defending his home. No knock warrants are a horrible practice and it continues to result in death. The cops pull up, kick in the door, and shots are fired. We don’t know who shot who. Police have no released body cam footage they have. Attorney Ryan Thompson (Ryan K. Thompson, MPH,JD) is representing the family. I’m asking you to help this family as they are now in the fight of their lives. I want to be clear, a search warrant that ends up with no felons in the home, a disabled member of law enforcement killed by cops in his home, his partner shot in the face, a cop deceased, and one pound of marijuana is the “criminal activity” is pure trash policing and a waste of resources. This is Louisiana, they’ve already told multiple stories. I’ll share more soon, do what you can.
